oh how I miss the weeks counting down to our trip The trip definitely met or exceeded all my expectations but I miss the planning, the anticipation, the excitement...ya know? When I really start craving you all, I just go to my pics or Shutterfly though. Definitely a 'second best' scenario, but a good second best

I need to get back on faceplant. I haven't been there since I started my job as I have been so freaking busy between work, riding my horse, and of course now housework comes dead last.

Miss ya'll!! I had way too much fun this year and last year also. I need to remember I am not young anymore and I can't hang like I used to.

Janice: I'm going to blame it on the medicine why I can't " hang" like I used to! Gosh, I wanted to go to bed by midnight every night we were there, but then of course I read. But what a baby! Just 2 years ago I could stay out all night and gamble, party, etc. surely it is not my age! Got to start training now for next year. And you have a physical job...you are in shape.

Going to Vegas for New Years ladies....hope I can stay up to see the fireworks and welcome the New Year in. Let me know if any of my TaTas will be there too!

Moose, it really was a good trip. It's funny, I said to Shelley/Coolbeans on Sunday night as we were heading to Freemont Street - after being ditched by all our sisters (LOL) - that I didn't feel like the time had flown, I really felt like I had four days there and enjoyed them. But now, looking back, it wasn't enough I think I needed four days, then two off, then I could have done four more!

Beatmon, I have always been known as a bar closer. Imagine my shock each night when I was always in one of the first groups to go home! Of course, I usually wound up on the casino floor for a while before actually going to bed, but even so. My reputation took a major hit I won't be able to go again this year, but hope you have a wondermous time over the holiday.

MARLEGAL: Next year we'll close those bars down together! I need to gamble with Neeners, shut down the bars with Marlegal, ride the bull with Jancie and sample the wine and shops with my roomies!!!

Blackjack downtown. We should get enough people to take over two tables next year - that would be a ton of fun. I want to sample the wines, too! I also want to actually make it to a spa next year; we were thinking of going the last day, but wanted to soak up the sun instead.

Missing my sisters. There was just something special about coming here in the weeks and months before Vegas. Although the way this year is flying, Susie will be doing the next countdown before we know it!

miss you MARLEGAL ! Think we are all getting geared up for the holidays and after January, we will be counting down with Susie . I plan to arrive on Wednesday next year. Traveling from the east coast with alarm set for 2:00 a.m...and going to Gilleys same night took the starch out of my britches..... I'm old and want to be well rested from the get go. I'm playing black jack with Neeners on Freemont this time!!

Yes having a blackjack table to ourselves was a lot of fun - maybe two of them next year. There were enough bystanders for a second table. Hugs girls - a whole year seems way too long to wait to see each other again.

Just wanted to say I'm missing everyone ....been busy as 94 year old neighbor not doing so well and doesn't like to be alone right now. She's a sweetheart .

Thanks Jancie, but I had to cancel. A friend of mine committed suicide on Friday and my girlfriend who was very close to him is a basket case. She is also threatening to commit suicide, which she has tried 4 times before. Please say a prayer for both of them.

I hope to see mom soon.
