My Love to All who have had to suffer this debilitating issue in their lives.

My therapist gave me a very helpful montra and I am using it often"

"Name of my loved one is doing the best he/she can do for himself/herself at this time."

There is a lot of grace offered in this montra for me and I have been using it gratefully. I share it here in case it helps any of you.

May Homes Be Warm With Peace and Love at Christmastime for All.

Happy holidays, Merry Christmas to all you brave souls.  Find joy, it is out there to behold.  Despite our suffering, we must never stop seeking that inner peace we all deserve.

I can't be with my family as they are gathering in Colorado this year.  I will miss them, but my Dh and I are having friends over for dinner so that will be nice.  We bought a few treats and toys for the 'boyz', our two beloved dogs.  They love to open gifts and we get the biggest kick out of watching them.  The cats love the paper and bows! ThumbsUp  Kids with fur, LOL.

Enjoy my friends.  Wishing everyone love, peace, and always better health!
