I love woodworking...I do crochet, knit, sew, etc. but woodworking is my absolute favorite...  I see something...draw it and make it...lol  My brothers visited me after my surgery and dx and brought me a brand new SKIL saw for a get well gift, lol.  My dh just shook his head and said I was the only woman he knew that would receive a SKIL saw for a get well gift! ha!

These are things I'm working on now...

I LOVE your stuff Arnie, it heals your soul when you create with your hands. I am an artist too, but haven't done anything lately - I'm way overdue!

I worked with someone whose husband gave her a slingshot for her birthday! She LOVED it! hehehehehe

I think a SKIL saw is way more fun...

Arnie could you make raccoons small enough to put on a necklace that we could use as our thread mascot? That is if coonie doesn't mind. I was just scanning the internet trying to find raccoon jewelry cause I thought it might be a fun way we can know each other in the real world. Then I come back on and see your pics! We could each buy one from you. They are so cute.

Ok girls mom has spoken, some of you know I have been acting like a huge baby in the cloths/swim suit department,  I just can't wear the bra and prosthesis much, especially in this weather and also because my pulmonary DR recommends I don't wear it to much. Anyway my darling husband who has stood by me through everything, tears, anger what ever - insisted we go suit shopping again today - I was not so willing to say the least - we did and 7 stores and hours later I found a "real suit" I love.  Thanks for the compliments mom, you know I love YOU xoxoxoxox.  I have a few more outfits I will post at another time too.

Yes Mom Ed is one in a million, never batted an eye, but he never minds shopping,  all those years of being a bachelor I guess.

Barbe like I said your tops inspired me to "look harder", shopping isn't quite as easy as it used to be (hey does it count as work - cause I am way ahead of the game then for this week) but there are things out there, can't wait to see your pic's of the wedding dress you have.

    Arniwe you are a genious!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes 7 stores  -that was a lot, the first 2 I didn't even try anything on in though most of their stuff was geared towards 15 year old girls.  We went into one beach store- Oh my gosh, as you walk in the door there is a mannequin standing there in a bikini,  no joke it had the biggest boobs you have ever seen -  even Ed was like "what the heck"  the must have stuck some extra plaster on it, it wasn't upsetting, it was pretty funny,  a mannequin with implants.  They were for sure trying to market that little bikini.

Well I am glad everyone agrees  -no housework for me this week - YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mom I went to a first Communion.  My BFF's son.  It was about a 2 hour drive from my house so it was a LONG day.  I'm back and ready for bed now!

Have spent the last hour or so searching through those state unclaimed money sites (be careful that they are the official state treasury sites and are free and not the scam ones). Anyway I found my dad and my brother on one of them.  Not anything big but  still fun to find.
