Everyone happened to be home yesterday soooo after fun things like golf for dh and prom dress shopping for dd and I we cleaned, actually straightened up- too EVERYTHING out of pantry and cleaned shelves etc, reorganized, got rid of things that I don't know what they were but must have seemed like a good idea at the time
, laundry washed AND folded, and trip to BJ's. I am hoping to continue along these lines today after soccer (dh still plays) etc.
Kind of nice to fill the trash cans since garbage day is tomorrow, I hope to get some purging done as well.
Happy Sunday to all, and remember that this should be a day of rest so housekeeping rules probably shouldn't apply today
-
Arnie you are getting too good at those pics and all I have to say is:
-
Ewb I redid my kitchen shelves too and its so nice to peek in and see things so neat now. Makes the kitchen stay nicer too.
The great part about finally getting the house more organized and cleaned out is it doesn't take half the time to get it tidied up each day and I can spend the time actually interacting with the kids and hubby instead of just being in the same house if you know what I mean.

Just love to have fun...mom2two

Would you believe someone hacked into my ebay account today! I got a notice that I had an item listed on my account. Only problem was I didn't have anything up this week. How can people be so dishonest! I had to contact ebay, change passwords (grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!). My fault though for having something easy I could remember. Made it easier for the crook too.
-
Ok now turn about is fair play, now you have to send me a message telling me how you are finding all those neat pics.
-
Can't believe someone did that to your account! Better luck with the new password
See you all later... gonna go take a nap..zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
-
Found it arnie Thanks!
-
YEAH...mom2two!!! How cute!
Just got up from nap and dh has fire going in backyard...smells sooooo good...mmmmm
-
Oh arnie, is that little one yours???? Too cute!
-
arnie saw you post about the nap so I followed suit and slept so much that I thought I was waking up to morning! Then I realized I had just taken a nap. Haven't napped that sound in years.
Well see you on here in the wee hours of the night when I can't sleep tonight
-
Barbe did you see where they think that farmer in Canada gave his pigs swine flu! How mixed up is that?
-
Good one Mom2two.
Edit to say......heck, I came in and posted but at the end of another page. Yet again...........
-
Barbe... no can't take credit for that little cutie, pulled her off google images...
My kids are both grown up... these are my two grandbabies though...Trent and Lilah (dd also)
-
Hey mom! You needed that nap after all the cleaning you did! You done good!
I didn't see that about the pig complaining, but I did hear that it was a Canadian no-name horse that won the derby 50-1 odds! Woo hoo!
-
Serious Sharon!
What a beautiful family arnie!
-
Mom2two...good for you! I had a nice nap too...woke up to the smell of a fire in backyard...
-
Arnie, IS THAT YOUR GORGEOUS LITTLE ONES?
-
-
You guys! I'm serious about the swine flu thing. There is a farm in Canada the report said was quarantined and they think the pigs caught it from the farmer who had traveled to Mexico recently. I just googled it and it came up so I know its real and not me still napping. The farm is in Alberta Canada.
-
Barbe... The ones I just posted, my dd, gd and gs are mine...lol
mom2two... I heard that report this a.m. too! That a farmer gave it to, what was it, 200 of his 2200 herd? (#'s might be wrong) How bizarre is that? Love the pic!
-
This is the horse that won and the very happy jockey too.
-
Thanks a very dear friend showed me how
-
Arnie do you think I actually could have slept for 4 hours straight!!!!!!!!!!! Still can't believe it. I will be up all night.
-
Sharon I hate posting at the end of the page too so glad to see I'm not the only one that seems to do it.
-
trying again
-
mom2two...
right back at ya...lol Yep, you must of needed it mom...that's the only time I can sleep like that...
Sharon....thanks! Will have to check that story out..get my facts straight...lol

Good afternoon my fellow dust bunnies:) Got dd moved home from college, and we've got some serious purging started in the house. Goodwill won't know what to think this week when they receive all the BAGS AND BAGS of stuff:) Hope you all are having a wonderful Sunday:)
(((((((((((((((hugs to all)))))))))))
-
Coonie,
I know exactly how you feel. DS came home with most of his stuff from the house he is living in Kalamazoo since he sublet his room and it is now occuping most of the living and family rooms. He announced that he "had too much stuff and had to get rid of lots of it". I said that was fine but it had to be done before he left on the 12th for the summer. I do NOT want to have to deal with all that stuff. I have a hard enough time with my own stuff let alone his. I don't think it all fit in his car and he is bringing even more back today. O' joy. He is playing in some program at a church in Ann Arbor so I won't know how much till he gets home.
We were at Salvation Army getting him some rehearsal clothes on Friday. Should have taken several bags with us when we went.
Have a GREAT rest of the day.
Blessings,
Wendy
