Mom that looks just like me except for the mustache and my hair is light brown. Loose the glasses and add green eyes and that could be me.
-
Forgive me ladies for I have sinned!
I couldn't stand to look at the dirty bathroom that nobody in my family could see was dirty.
So I scrubbed and scrubbed, and then had to lay down for a nap.
Big Hugs

Some girlfriends and I are going to Lake Compounce in Bristol, CT. tomorrow. I like rides but I've never been much for roller coasters or anything remotely adventerous. After my diagnosis I said that nothing can scare me anymore, so tomorrow I'm going to go on any ride they want.
-
Vivvy, your pennance.....nomore cleaning!! You are forgiven.
I have been at the beach!! We had our 28th annual beach bash this weekend. It was so much fun!! I'm so glad the weather worked out beautifully!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend too. Thanks for praying for us all Mom!
-
Here I am, slacker of the day, I had grandkids this weekend and ALL I did was make the beds and take a nap after I took them home. Was up to 3 am and overslept for church so didn't even do that. I have webs growing between my nic nacs, I know soon I will have to take out the duster. Oh my where to get the energy.
I bet that beach bash was a blast.
Hey barb I sit on my porch when there is a storm and watch it and always wish I could capture it on film. They are quite beautiful.
Hope everyone has a wonderful week. Am hoping to be able to put down the crafts and at least do some laundry and dust.
-
Spar,
I wouldn't bother about the laundry and dusting...it is overrated.
As soon as you finish you have to do it again.
Just keep on with the crafts I say
Hugs

Spar, someday I want tp put a farmers porch on my house so I can watch the storms from there! Until then, I will continue to sit in my garage and watch then. Barb, want to come over and watch with me??
-
I'll come over! I love to watch storms too, we get real doozies here in the summer. My sister is coming up from Portland, Oregon for my DS wedding in August and she is hoping for a real thunder-buster....
-
Awesome Barb, maybe I'll come over to your house and watch thunderstorms from your house!

Night all, going to bed with a smile now.

. I hope everyone had a great weekend. I have to do laundry today, again.... In addition to picking up and putting away my 30 things today. This afternoon I also have to go get herceptin which will take 3-4 hours with traveling. Oh the fun...
-
Jaimieh, Good luck today. I think your herceptin should count as 60 things! Take it easy.
I just washed my car! I guess that's kind of cleaning.
-
I think it should too! Jaimieh ((((((((((hugs)))))))))))
Linda, washing the car definetly counts!!!! Love the pics!

Hope all you dust bunnies have a blessed day!!!!
-
Good morning dust bunnies and dust buns. How are you all this wonderful morning? I am going to be sitting on my butt today. My leg is killing me. The cramps and bone pain are almost knocking me off my feet. I have not had this bad of pain before.
So today I sit. I will get a load of laundry done today and get dressed, that is about it!
-
good morning ladies...so tired this weekend and was hoping to be rested and ready to go this morning. Didn't work and I don't know why..well I did do a little gardening but dh did most- I supervised...oh yea also did some laundry, sweeping and bought a few dresses and went for dinner w/ dh & ds (that was really nice). I guess I do know why I'm tired. Well it sux that I really didn't do much and I'm tired.
.
Hope everyone is doing well and ready for a good week. Since the house looks pretty good I will take the day off and only do my 27 blitz (throw away 27 things which makes such a difference--empty water bottles, scraps, broken pencils, empty bag, you get the idea).
Hugs to all

On my way to pick up dd from work but have been a busy bee this morning. Decided to paint the back porch so hubby wouldn't have to after having worked all day. Its looking so pretty, I'm amazed at what a good coat of paint did for it. Plus I have to say I am rejoicing inside that I have been able to paint the thing after all that time for surgery, healing etc. makes me so grateful for the strength and ability to do tasks again.
So the house is back tidy, the porch is painted, things are looking up. Boy, when I consider where I was when I first started the thread, the housework was piled beyond my capability to get it done. Now just a few months later and at least for the moment order has been restored. Excuse me as I wipe a tear from my eye and give a big Thank you Jesus! Who knew painting a deck could be such a happy occasion.
Deb hoping you are on the mend too sweetie. You gotta get better so we can locate all the dust bunnies. Maybe they saw that thread about being addicted to the computer and decided to bail???hmmmmm. oops just saw the time. Have to pick up dd before I'm late. Quick hug to everyone.
-
That is great mom!! You go girl!!!
-
Mom... what a sense of accomplishment heh? I bet dh will be pleasantly surprised! I've been getting things in order in case this next tx takes me down.... not as much as you but just touch up from Friday! hehehe I slept all day yesterday and all last night... then took a nap today... geesh! I need to start banking some of this sleep!
Hope everyones having a blessed day!
-
Mom, I know what you mean. I painted a new garage door and then painted the walls around it. Looks so much better!
Good nite Julz, get some sleep!
-
I need you guys to come to my house...lol I do alot of things but painting has never been a favorite of mine...don't know why...just don't like to do it unless it's on a very small scale like a wood project. I love freshly painted things...just don't like to do it! lol
Hope you're all having a goo night!!!
-
Linda, love the pic! I haven't ridden since my mast.
