Back, back I say hollyann! I will not fall prey to the couch temptation..... I must press on, can't let Arnie win.......
-
Bet this is what Arnie is really doing today.
-
I thought I was tired BEFORE I caught up here...zzzzz
I will go to visit my friend, not for me, but because I also believe that you never know whats going on...if she does hear thats wonderful, if she does not, well, maybe her soul or spirit will.
Good luck to everyone, Jane & Lucy hope the pain is better, Barbe-good luck with the assessment and Mick.
-
(((hugs EWB)))

EWB... I have you're mom's letter in an envelope and all ready to go...just have to get to the post office!!! Finally, heh???
Mom... I've done the laundry room from top to bottom, put up a screen in front of my cleaning supplies to post pics, etc. on, did 4 loads of laundry, including bathroom, kitchen and laundry room rugs... I have cleaned and dusted all the bookshelves in the living room...even moved the couches to sweep, gave everything a good wiping down, annnnnnnnnnd I'm starting on the dining room. Hmph! I bet you're doing this...
Here's a pic of my screen...
lol...
-
The red one says..."Come in sit down, relax, converse...my house doesn't always look like this.. sometimes it's even worse!"
-
Oh Mick is going down next Friday! Had CT scan Tuesday (30 minute wait!) that finally convinced the doc that yep, it is that big, and yep it has to come out as it hasn't moved in the 3 months he's been tracking it. (One year total for me at least!) He is coming out. Day surgery and a couple days off work (I usually work weekends - my busiest time) so I don't hurt myself, no martyr, I. Have Demerol on top of my Celebrex and Tridural 300....what a cocktail! hehehehehhe
-
It's close race, folks!
-
Barbe its seems like forever between your posts these days. So I thought we'd give you an official welcome back.
-
I don't know about close Cheryl, Arnie is like a powerhouse when she gets going, its making me feel tired just reading all the things she's done already.
Think I might lose this one........
-
-
Where's Coonie and Deb?
-
Good to see you Barbe!!!
Two words for help and motivation (giggles at least) FlyLady.net Interesting ideas, tips rather realistic I thought. I have been taking bits and pieces as they work for me (my house and or family)
-
Cute screen Miss talent pants, but can you do this?
-
and Sharon...haven't seen her neither....
barbe...wrote you on my calendar for the 24th...will be thinking about ya! Glad old Mick Jagger is coming out!!!
lol...expect! Yep...I think it's closer than she wants to let on...she just wants me to start slacking off! uh-huh that's it!
-
rofl...

Miss Talent Pants....
-
Ok...you're trying to distract me...back to work...
-
You two are here enough I wonder how much either are doing?! hummmmm
-
I did it!! I did it!! I did it!!
It only took 6 weeks of thinking about doing it and then about 6.5 hours of actually doing it, but I have now successfully shipped off my 15 page document for Kansas City fun.
Whooooohoooooo. Done by 3:00!!
BTW: it is now up to 59 degrees at 2:00 in the afternoon. Wearing a heavy fleece indoors. Silliness.
Glad to know that there are some homes that sparkle.
I decided to clean the bathroom sink in your honor, while part of it downloaded. HA!
hugs all around.
-
I got a TON of paperwork done! I am soooooo proud of myself!
Dishes in the dishwasher, now to put away a load of laundry.....sigh.
-
-
Well, we're never DONE are we? Here I am back at the computer rewarding myself for putting the laundry away!
-
Barbe~ I am glad to hear that you are having surgery. Who is Mick ?? Sorry I couldn't find out who he was in this thread ??
I still have to put away 29 more things...not very productive today. Oh well, tomorrow's another day
-
Hi, girls! I have to go back & catch up, but wanted to inflict a little of my recent computer activity upon you.
First, in honor of surviving my annual physical today (because of course last year's led to the Big Adventure...), I give you "Isn't This Where It Goes??"
And then, with creative co-conspirators Sharon & Faith, I give you "Sharon on #32 at Faith's Dock," which we submit especially for Coonie, but also for all of us to enjoy. Sorry it's so big, but I wanted you all to see Sharon's pretty smile.
-
Lol...KAK great pics! You can see the reflection of whoever is taking the pic smiling in the background...hehehehe
