Uh LiNdA, not to insult you, but she stopped doing it when she was like 13.ROTF..............Well if that's true Arnie, my bad luck streak is over with...(knock on wood!) and had a pleasant surprise today, I thought I had 24 more rads after today, turns out I only have 23! hehehe, petty but one visit shorter is exciting to me!!!!
Sorry Linda, had to edit this, meant to direct the first part to you and said Mom instead...dag I'm losing my mind!
-
Sure did and thanks for sending it. It was nice getting real mail from all the ones pitching in too. Although one person sent theirs and didn't put their bco name anywhere so I'm having to guess who that one is. So funny knowing people by these screen names.
Which reminds me that we need to be holding Shiny up in our prayers too. Sometimes its harder when all the services are over and life is back in that routine phase.
Deb you and I are close enough state wise that maybe we could get together for lunch sometime. Actually with your hubby driving bet you could be here tonight for a midnight snack.
-
I'll get it ready just in case.
-
ROTFLMAO@Mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Toooooooooooo funny....I won't tell him what you said, he feels bad enough bout it...LOL....he said here you are fighting your butt off to get rid of something that could kill you and I almost kill you in a minute........told him he didn't and that was the good thing........LOL.....still laughing though........thats hilarious. YUMMY White Castles, I love those things, too bad they hate me so badly. And it's always nice to get something in the mail besides Bills or Insurance statements, I get like one of those a day saying we paid this, you owe this! LOL
Hugs!
-
One time when I was pregnant. I got such a craving for a white castle at like 3 in the morning so hubby got up with me and we went through the drive through. That tasted so good, especially the drink with that crunchy ice!!!
-
Hey has anyone heard from Lursa in awhile?
-
I craved pizza with one of my kids, and the funny thing bout it, is I never liked Pizza my whole life...one of them I craved Choclate eclairs..heheheheh, was funny at 3am trying to find chocolate eclairs.
-
I haven't heard from Lursa at all. I PM'd her acouple days ago. I hope she is OK.
Mom, Deb, guess what? I have never had a white castle burger, never seen a white castle. We only have McDonalds, Burger King and Wendys. They look good!
-
My worst craving food was when I wanted watermelon with my first dd. Here I would go to the grocery store and see all those big juicy melons that I longed for and I couldn't lift them into my cart to get them home. Think one time I got someone to cut one in two for me so I could manage it.
-
Ok Linda that should be against the law! What country do you live in anyway?????
-
BAWSTON!!!
-
If we do every have a dust bunnies get together we are gonna have to get you a sack of them. Yummy!
-
I'm in Norhern NY and I've never seen a White Castle, either.
-
Apparently they are not in the Northeast. Can someone send me one??
-
If I could figure out a way I would, but you have got to get them fresh off the grill oozing those chopped onions and mustard. There has to be some place near you. Where's the president of White Castle when you need him anyway.....
-
I can't believe that other states don't have sliders! LOL........mmmmmmmmmm, nice and greasy! ROTF..Mom I can remember being younger, being able to eat a ton of those, now I'm lucky if I can eat 3 of them............they are so good Linda and Jane....they even sell them frozen in the groceries here although they're not as good as getting them fresh!
-
Just tried looking up locations and it says they have them somewhere in New York Jane and in New Jersey too.
-
Deb we have got to get them some White Castles. I thought they were in all 50 states. We could go into business starting white castle restaurants.
-
They have some great little bbq sandwiches too suprisingly.
-
They are probably in NYC...they have everything there. I don't get into the city much, though.
-
Yea i imagine Mom a franchise would only be around 4-5 hundred grand.........LOL..a small Subway (I managed a few for over 8 yrs) will set you back over a 100 grand.........I looked into it..
-
I want to buy a Dunkin DOnuts. I can imagine how much that would cost. They are gold mines!!
-
Is that all????
Here's my check.
-
I wanted a Subway, but man...it's like owning a business but not owning it..corporate has way to much control..such as they tell you what will be on sale, how your store should look...they even have a corporate inspector come out once a month and you never know when that person will come...they can write you up for one of your employee's not wearing a hat, temperatures, if your vent in the ceiling is dirty, all kinds of crud...you get 3 in a row and your store goes into arbitration..meaning you could lose your store!
-
Mom that's a lovely check..but I don't think they will take it! LOL
-
Thats what they all say. Sigh. Well, I'm off to bed. You ladies have a good night. Praying for all those on our thread.
-
Good night Mom, Deb! I'm going to bed too! See you all tomorrow. Get some sleep.
BARB GET SOME SLEEP. NO GETTING UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND SNEAKING ON THE "PUTER!
-
Good Nite Ladies, although we don't get to bed till around 2......LOL and I had an almost 4 hour nap today.............
Nitey nite!
-
Is it Thursday? I found a free Tai Chi class at one of the recreation centers. 2:30 this afternoon. I had done it before BC, paid for it, and really enjoyed it. No stress or strain and not much sweating.
There is a pile of laundry calling my name, so I might be back later. HUGS, Nancy
-
It's Thursday. Good Morning!Have fun at the Tai Chi class! Good luck with the laundry. I will be doing the same.
