ROFL Sharon!!!! Yeah she's a stickler on teeth... we'd have to have some emergency dental work done! lol
Love the shirt!
-
Hahahaha on the restaurant thing! I remember trying to take two little ones when they were about 3 and 5. When the maitre de lit the candle my daughter cried out "HAPPY BIRDIE!!!" and tried to blow it out! Then my son (5) announced quite loudly that he HAD TO POO NOW! I was glad it was him, then my damn husband had to take him not me.
-
Cheryl you're lucky, my kids are 33, 30, and 27 and if I go anywhere with them, they STILL embarass me..One time in the dept store my son yells out (and he was like 23) Hey Mom, can we use our food stamps to buy me some new shoes" This was yelled super loud in a crowded store..nothing wrong with them, but I've never been on food stamps!......they just do stuff like that to me all the time........
Cathi your husband must be related to mine..He now has a tshirt that says "Ever ride a fat boy? Want to? " It's a Harley shirt but still, I told him he wasn't allowed to wear it! hahahahhahah. Men.geesh don't think they ever grow up!
Hugs!

My DD and SIL got my DH a t-shirt for his birthday and gave it to him down in the Dominican. It's from Bass Pro (a fishing store) and it has a big fish (bass I guess
) on it and says:
"Does this shirt make my bass look big?" HEHEHEEHHEEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE
-
Whew! I crack myself up!!!!
-
Barbe, you are so silly...
Cathi, so glad you had a good time, what wonderful memories you are creating for Alexis.
Love blackboard doors/walls. Had them when I was a kid--sooo much fun, and what a cool room and such cool parents for letting it happen!

Coonie ok girlfriend, I have been sitting here for 15 minutes trying to figure out why my screen was so big and I had to scroll all the way over to read all the words. Even had hubby up here trying to see what was wrong. Then I decide to go ahead and just read some of the posts and then realized when you mentioned it that the its not my computer after all, its just the picture.
But I have to admit it's a great one. I love all the smiles I find on here.
Barbe at least with a girl and boy you had a 50/50 chance of finishing your meal while it was still hot. We have 2 girls so it was always my turn. Think there is a law too that the nastier the bathroom the more your child has to have a potty break.
Cathi you know you could be the thread party planner and have it at your house for later in the summer.
We could make it an annual get together. Florida one year, go up and visit the Canadian ladies the next, Bluegrass country here. The possibilities are endless. But the first year I think should be by the beach. hint hint.
-
Deb you have to appreciate their sense of humor. I would have been cracking up at that one. Love his style. One time when my youngest was very little we were in walmart and she went up to this really grungy, dirty looking guy and starts yelling daddy, daddy, that's my daddy.
Talk about awkward moments.
-
I LOVE THROWING PARTIES - COME ON DOWN. The waters fine -LOL
-
Maybe I should add her dad is a very tidy, suit and tie kind of guy so not sure why she thought what she did.
-
Ok I have June 26-July 2nd marked for vacation time. Who else wants to go visit Cathi?
-
I gotta check with granny to see if she can take some vacation time.
This time of year is hard for her to get away......with the crops and all......
-
Too funny Coonie. You could bring the shrimp for the party.
-
You got it........
And maybe some crawfish.......
-
Cathi do they have a lot of hotels nearby?
-
Coonie that potatoes and corn in with the shrimp remind me of our time in Louisiana.
-
Yeah MOM........that's some good Louisiana cooking......and pretty spicy too!!
-
How far are you from where Cathi lives?
-
Ummmm I figure I'm about 14 hours or so.........give or take a few
-
wow I thought you'd be closer than me. Think it would be 10-12 for us.
-
Think we all ought to give serious thought to this little adventure.Take a break from the housecleaning, meet new friends, relax on those sandy white beaches. Cathi does your little paradise have enough hotel rooms for all of us?
-
COONIE!! I'm so glad to see ya'all got yer teeth fixed!!!!!!!
-
She's getting fancied up for her vacation to go visit Cathi Sharon.
-
OMG Mom, I just about spit my (ahem) wine out all over the screen. Well Cathi, it isn't going to be hard to pick her out of a crowd.
Too funny. I needed a good laugh. Thankyou.
-
Ya........we're trying to Sharon. The man that's fixin all our teeth actually hauls wood, but he said since it's family, he could do it half price........hey......ya can't pass up a deal!!!
-
Careful Coonie there could be side effects to them fancy teeth.
-
hehe....oh, we''ll be careful. Especially with this here new motorhome we just bought
-
Oh gosh.............I am just in stitches here. Coonie, you are so lucky to have such a talented wood worker/dentist in the family. And thankfully it looks SO good on you. If you actually grow in to those teeth............well...........lets just say............you will look EXTREMELY................fat!!!! But fat in a good way.........or is it phat?
Oh sheesh, it's so good to laugh.
-
OH yeah Sharon....there's alot of talent in our family. These guys, well.....I think they build swimmin pools..........see this one looks pretty nice, huh?
-
You guys are to funny, yes there are plenty of hotel rooms and I can sleep several comfortably, so put on your suits and head down south. Housework will be there when you get back.
I'll have Key Lime Pie waiting.
