Holy cow, enough already about the boat. ROTFLMAO.
-
-
LOL@ Linda..........ain't it funny how things work out?
Sheesh, glad this boat mystery is over.........
Sharon, that's right, you are NOT supposed to be doing housework...you're makin the rest of us look bad! Bad girl...now go write 100 times, I will not do housework.
-
-
Writing that 100 times sounds too much like work.
Won't I get in more trouble?
-
I'm sorry........I couldn't resist
-
LOL!! Somewhere in between!!
-
hmm never thought bout that, ok just don't do anymore housework for the rest of the year...2 years if you can come up with enough excuses! LOL
ooooooooo a ducky boat!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd take a ride in that!
-
OK, You goofy people, you.
No wonder I love you all so dearly.
I'm breaking my rules of turning on the computer before I ride my bike, but it's a worthy reason.
First to the important stuff.
Our sister Saint is in a serious rough way. She needs our prayers. I started 2 threads, one on the Stage 4 area and one under 'prayers'......
I see several of you have already found them, thanks to your support.
I've never heard her cry before.
I cry over everything, so now I'm really unglued.
As to the boat escape. It is probably worth more than our house. LOLOL. It is certainly not "ours" as in our owning it. I was fortunate to have taken the picture of it last summer in the marina at the end of our block. (There are some massively huge Yauchts -- I can't even spell the word. LOL moored here.)
Our boat wouldn't even look like Gilligan's. More laughing, which is so helpful, thru the tears.
But it was AMAZING to me to come across the same ship, outta water, on the day of our lost travels. I ran up and was taking so many pictures, the next captain came over to ask me if I owned it (that's probably how the whole rumor got started. Yet more laughing)
I attempted to tell him why the boat was important to me. He shook his head and thought I was Loonie. Anyhow, it has a new owner, and has just been sold. He thought we'd purchased it!
This is all too funny. Probably more so to me -- than anyone else.
Now, please pray thru the day for our Saint and her family. They so deserve to see this thru..... the graduation and then beyond.

Will somebody plllllllllease take #32 on a one way trip?
-
Praying for Saint. I'm so glad you've talked to her Faith. Gentle hugs.
-
Oh Faithie.......my prayers are with Saint........BIG gentle hugs and prayers!!!!
I humbly admit I was wrong, but I sure am thankful there's a loonie captain out there somewhere......hehe.....ok, maybe Deb was right-------CHEMO BRAIN!!!
Barbe------you go girl!!
-
It's not a DUCK, it's a SWAN!
And I TOLD YOU SO about the boat!
Now I'm really cranky!
If any of y'all are wondering about that commercial for that wonderful weed puller by Fiskars, it is AMAZING! You put it over the weed (it's like having a hoe in your hand), step on it, tip it back, and kathunk the handle (like reloading a rifle) and the weed pops off, root and all into your bag! I just did our whole front yard and I even took extra pain meds before I started. Now I'm sore as well as cranky!
-
Wow, Barb!! Can you come over and do my yard???
-
I'd love to, but I hear it's raining out your way...
-
Its snot raining here today Barbe. Can ya come do mine?
Ok enuff playing, gotta go get ready for rads...I'm sick already of going there and 26 left after today...ugh!
Everyone have a good, safe and Healthy day!
Love and hugs!
-
Oh, Barbe, I have one of those weed pullers & they're amazing, especially if I'm ticked off about something because I can take it out on the weeds. ((((((((((Barbe)))))))))) for that kidney stone, excuse me, for Mick. Hope you can get rid of Mick soon, or at least get him out & into the livingroom where he can sing you a song ("I can't get no satisfaction....").
Faithie, thanks for starting those threads. I'm sooooo sad to hear that Saint is having a bad time.
I'm actually going to try to wash some dishes. If I get caught up, I'm going to buy a dishwasher! Can you believe I don't have one?? What was I thinking?? Oh, yeah, I had to replace the roof instead. Guess that was more important......

Dust Bunnies.....Just a quick stop in to Thank Makraz for letting you All Know I am Working My Fanny to the Bone with Work & Worry....but It looks like things are better for my DIL.....Thank you All for Keeping her In Your Prayers....Update copied from escape thread....
As far as last nights update goes....She is doing better & was starting to eat a little (Liquids)....The Steriods are working.....MAKRAZS....Thanks for Giving everyone the Message....it was a big Help....One tiny correction....I am sure I was frazzled when I called & did not make the best of sense....anyway...Sarah has been on Oral steriods for weeks at home with not much help from them....the Dr's think that Her Digestive system is so messed up that it couldn't absorb the med.....So they are using 60 mg of steriod every 6 hours through IV to get it under control....One Great thing is that her blood counts were good this time & she didn't have to have a blood transfusion. They are talking of letting her go some time today as of the last time I heard. Thanks again for keeping the Prayers going.....
............................

Glad to hear you've got some good news Julz.
-
Thanks Julz, now go back to sleep!
-
((((((((((((((Julz))))))))))))) so glad DIL may get out of hospital today. You BETTER get back to sleep. We don't need YOU to end up sick too! Sending lots of hugs and prayers for you and your family today!!!!!!!!! Maybe your little doggus will sleep too:)
-
Thanks for the update Julz. She must feel very weak, but relieved. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
-
Julz so glad to hear there is good news about your DIL. Wishing you plenty of sleep.
-
-
Ya looking fer yer goat?
I think I see them. They may be at Checkum's place
-
Thanks Coonie, I hope they ESCAPE!!! Or at least hide..........
-
Not sure if I want to know why the goats are in the tree! Is there a predator below? Yikes!
-
OK Sharon.....this is just for you. Maybe ya better let the goats go and stick to sweet farm animals. The little piggy in the middle is even smiling I think
-
AWWWWW, we wuv you Coonie.
-
OMG, how cute is that, Coonie?? Are they from Checkum's farm, too??
Barbe, I think the goats in the tree are just showing off how nimble & sure-footed they are.
Julz, I so glad your DIL is better. Steroidal anti-inflammatories get a bad rap sometimes & they do have some significant side effects, but they can also be life-savers. I'm glad they're working.
BTW, this is the boat that Linda uses when she sails in the pond at Boston Common. I think there's one for each of us!
