I feel like I should still be asleep. I'll crash around 2:00 this afternoon.
Hey MUM......sorry about your golf day. Can you play a golf game on the computer? hehe I know there's other games there. Solitaire is a good rainy day game:)

-
For everyone!!!
-
Yuuuummmmo! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
-
Welcome sweetie...
-
My husband was Greek and I learned how to cook all the foods from his mom, aunt and sister. Once upon a time I also taught Greek Cooking classes. Our new years eve open house was a veritable banquet of greek foods. I would spend one entire day making each type of food and freeze them. When I did grape leaves, there had to be thousands of them, because they should be no larger than one or two bites. Kefthetides, pastichio, moussakka, dolmades, spanakopita..... YUMMM.
Hugs to all, there are so many messages to catch up on. This is one very busy thread.
-
You guys are up just way too early this morning. Hubby wanted to sleep in so I got dd off to school this morning so just getting to check in. I'd love one of those muffins Arnie.
By the way if you are wanting to be on the Round Robin you have to PM me by tonight at the latest please. We have enough names to get started and it looks like a fun bunch. Just put round robin in the subject line so it will be easier for me when I have to go back through all my pm's for addresses.
Now where is my decaf to go with that muffin?
-
Nancy I am not a very adventuresome eater. I find something I like and stick with it. But somehow we wound up at a mediterranean restaurant here and I love just about everything they serve on the buffet. My husband just laughs because I don't usually eat alot. Somehow I almost crave their dishes. Especially the BaBa Gnoush and I'm pretty found of the Lentil soup too.
-
Decaff.... no way. Gotta have full high octane stuff to get me going... LOL
-
Can't handle the full octane, even the decaf can make my heart race. If I could though I would drink cherry Coke all day. Love that. Or even just a big old McDonalds Coke. Yummmmm
-
Mom, you are a friend after my own heart. I am a coke a holic. 2 cups of high octane coffee, then switch to coca cola. Years back I passed out free samples of Tab (which later became diet coke) and regular coke at conventions and trade shows. They set up a big bar type counter and it was lots of fun. I only weighed 110 pounds back then, so I was the skinny one passing out "diet" soda.
-
I am sipping my diet coke right now. I HATE coffee! Can you believe it!! I need my caffeine so I have diet coke. I know it's strange to all you coffee drinkers but i know lot's of other closet morning diet coke drinkers!!
I miss Barbe!! I hope she is burying her ex's wife!
Yup, I found her!
-
-
Lets play "I Spy" and look for Barbe
-
lol... I'm in..
-
I LOVE Tab, hard to find but every now and again I see it in the stores. Guess I am the lazy one this morning, just up, having morning fruit smoothie (banana, blueberry, strawberry, peach & mango). Diet something will be next.
Blah- cloudy, cool (almost cold) day. Maybe a day for hot soak in tub, movies and a good book.
-
If I see her I'll snap a pic to prove it
-
Ok... I just sent this guy to fly over to Punta Cana.... HEY KM...where'd you go... you get me all fired up then leave
lol
-
Lefty!!! You're making me HAWNGRY!!!! Want to come to my house and be my live-in cook? I'll give you free room and board.......on, and two dachshunds to sleep with you.....LOL
I'm missing Barbe too!! It's just not the same without her. Ya think she got locked up for doing something to the Trophy Wife? hehe
I didn't start drinking coffee until about 5 years ago. I have 2 cups in the mornings and that's about it. Well, actually, I have more splenda and vanilla cream than I do coffee. It's gotta be sweet:) but I do love my diet coke and McDonalds always has the best!!! Next to them it's Sonic. Good crushed ice there!!!!
Arnie........don't cry:( She'll be back soon. Should we be raising some bail money or something?
-
EWB---your kind of day sounds great. Want to trade off?
I'll let you come work for my DH:) Actually, he's a good boss:)
-
Count me in on the search for Barbe!
-
lol...
Ok... I'm ready...how do I look... BARBE... where are you???
-
Arnie..............LOL
-
Arnie I think I saw her on the beach under a blue umbrella with white rings.
-
You know one day when we all meet, we're gonna have to have a good laugh at all our "dream" pics.
-
rofl... yep... I think you've pinpointed her!!!
Ok... getting ready to do the fly over...
-
What a brilliant thread! What fun!
House work: you may have hear of a very eccentric English writer who lived in New York in the 1960s - Quentin Crisp. With reference to dusting and polishing, his philosophy was "if you stop dusting, after the first ten years you really don't notice the difference".
Health wealth and happyness to you all -xxxxx
-
Welcome Virginia! I guess Quintin Crisp is our hero!
-
Virginia! Yes, this is a fun group of gals... we laugh a lot and always is room for more!
