Coonie great news for you -YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AMEN - it's raining, the east coast storms made it across the state today, it has not rained right here in 2 months and then what we had hardly made a puddle, it smells so good, now everything will green up again. I can just hear the lawns, trees and flowers singing in happiness. I was actually out riding my bike and I felt the first few sprinkles - absolutely wonderful. Isn't it great to appreciate such small little things.
GOOD NIGHT TO ALL. XOXOXOXOXOXO
-
We've had a little more rain here Cathi but not complaining.

Coonie great news!
A banner day yesterday...
We could have had a hat-trick except for Arnie. Arnie???? Did they at least address your pain and discomfort???? Doing a test is fine, but how is that helping you now? Do I have to come down there? Don't make me.....
-
flash..... i need to hire you as my personal coach.
i do indeed manage to keep my head above water for the most part & make some inroads on various efforts -- but true confessions: i haven't spent any quality time in my studio in ages & at some point i need to confront that conundrum..... so my next project languishes as i allow my addiction to this site to swallow my 'discretionary' time.
so please don't congratulate me, yet, i'm eons away from your congratulations -- but i feel poised for some sort of break through, honest.
-
Gee Faith, that almost sounded like an acceptance speech! I'm voting for you!
Arnie, you didn't mention you got meds for pain....I see I don't have to come down there NOW, but I WILL if you need me. (Where are you anyway? I just know y'all are DOWN from me!)
-
LOL Barbe.
can't begin to imagine which award would be honored by my 'speech' above, but thanks for your vote

Southeaster Michigan barbe... yeah I'm on pain meds...one excuse for why I'm so loopy...lol
Faith...I'll vote for ya too!
-
My, my, we are an early bunch this morning. Going to have to start fixing those breakfasts for you all in my sleep to keep up.
Faith I woke up with some of the same feelings this morning. Think I do more talking about getting my house in order than I do getting it done. Was just wondering if I stopped going on here would I get more done. Truth is I probably would but sure would miss everyone.
Maybe we should pick a time and all meet up then to chat. Its more fun when its spontaneous and live anyway. That way we can use the rest of our time more productively. Plus we would always have the option of posting any other time too.
Someone who has a better head for figuring out time differences would have to suggest the hours though. Maybe one morning meeting time one afternoon and one evening.
-
Good morning ladies. I have two men in my house removing my kitchen island. I think they are going to make a mess. I guess I won't be able to clean today. Boo hoo!
-
-
Oh Linda...so sorry about no cleaning today!! I know you're bummed about that
I had to show a little evidence of what I've been attempting to do this past week. My pool pics before-----and after ----
-
And if you'll notice in the "clean" pic there are 3 dachshunds wandering around. One belongs to my mom..........she goes back home Saturday!!!!!!!!!! Thank G0d!! It's like having another kid in the house!!!
-
WOW!! You have been busy!! Enjoy the pool. It's beautiful!!
-
-
Is that really your pool and garden?! Its lovely.
-
Yep it's hers...if you look closely you can see her daushand' wandering around...they're sooooooooo cute!
-
Hey Elaine..........it is mine. It could look a little better. I'm just getting started for the summer. Still got some "cleaning" to do..............BUT.............I'm soooo tired of fooling with it for now.
I'd rather have the party like Arnie said. EVERYBODY welcome...............humans, dogs, cats, pigs, BABIES!!!!!!!
Directions: Go South, then go south some more and when you finished going South.........STOP at South
-
Arnie, I love the mail box....did you make it?
-
Sharon....looks like Wally's already in the pool..........hehe
-
Nope...but it reminded me of you Coonie... I'm usually not good at directions but I can go south, then farther south and stop...lol
Could make it for ya...coonie...if you could paint your mailbox black and know how to drill the pieces in...lol
-
well, we are going south, south, south as far as Savannah Ga to pu ds from college. Its a very in and out trip though.
-
ha...Elaine......you have to go even "souther" to get to my house:) When do you pick up your DS? We moved DD back home about 2 weeks ago, and my house is STILL trying to adjust to all her STUFF!!!!!!!!
-
Man coonie that is a nice pool. I've been suggesting we put one in this year but hubby thinks our backyard slopes too much to do it which is great for winter sledding but not so great for a pool. So arnie when you get to Ky stop by and get me on your way to coonies, I'll be waiting.
