would be me. Plus a nail biting emoticon if there was one.

I've already dreamed the emotion of him telling me so I feel like I've lived the reality...also dreamed the other day that I got fired! Lived that emotion too. Weird, maybe that's why I seem to handle things so calmly. I've already dealt with them.

Still trying to get photobucket to work! When I go to "copy" with a right click, the drop down menu disappears and when I try to paste here, there is nothing to paste!
-
Vivo... you sound like maybe you could motivate a few of us...lol
Barbe...Firbromyalgia...on top of everything else? That stinks...will be thinkin' bout ya... I go to doc today too... my AC was cancelled this week because my port is hurtin' something terrible...they think it might be on top of a nerve...so we'll see...
Cali...lookin' good, lookin' good He looks like an "earthy" type of guy...
Dh and I went down to a backyard "fish fry" at a friend/neighbors house. They had caught the fish at their cabin in Interlocken. Anyway....excellent dinner, good company...guys played their guitars had a fire going...just a neat night. Really needed that...
Jo...man you got alot done!!! What were you thinking??? lol
Coonie...just love the pic of the little coonies behind the pumpkins...so cute!

Barbe and Arnie--hugs and prayers that everything is ok.
-
Morning ladies.
Barbe ((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))) and hoping for a great report today for you.
Arnie hoping they can help take care of that port problem for you too.
Footprints mowing a yard is a pretty big one thing.
Sharon and Linda wish I could think of the name of a book I just browsed through at the bookstore about sleep problems. The doctor who wrote the book was a specialist in that area and used a woman who was taking melatonin and still couldn't sleep as one of his success stories cause he was able to help her with his program. I'll try to look for it if we go back there, it was at Joseph Beth bookstore.
Well today I have to get at it. The sun was shinning through the windows yesterday and I could see all the dust that I hadn't noticed before.
I finally finished planting my garden too and now am waiting for all those yummy fruits and vegetables to come up in the summer. Think the kids will have fun helping to choose what to pick for summer each night too.
-
Sleep...seems to be a common thread this morning... i didn't get much last night. I was up at 2 am...then again early this morning for a thunder storm. I think i should get another script for ativan. I remember sleeping like a baby with that stuff. Yes, boyfriend is the "earthy type"...and honest....and a hard worker. We're going to hang out again tonight....
Speaking of gardens.... I really need to get my seeds started for my other plants or I won't have any good things to munch on.
-
On the way to the doctor my cell phone rang and when I saw it was the doctor's office I ignored it on purpose. Sure enough, when I got there minutes later they said the doctor was sick. I calmly said that I would just read the CT report myself. Well! They just couldn't find it! I said it must be in my file. Oh no! Which hospital did I get it at? The one you sent me to. When did I get it? Three weeks ago today, that's why I'm anxious to get the results.
I just kept standing there and they finally found a report on the computer. Apparently I am metastatis free! I must have been grinning from ear to ear, cause the nurse looked up and said "You look pretty." Wow, that made my day!

So happy for you Barbe!!!!!! Awesome news...now since you had such great news, will you go get aspirated for me tomorrow? Ya know, it's the share thing...........
LOL
-
Since we're sharing...ahem...could someone go to my oncocology visit this afternoon and find out what the _______'s wrong with this here port????
-
Deb, you are going to LOVE getting aspirated! You don't feel a thing and then you get the pressure relief. I loved it when I had it done....
Of course I'll get your port looked at Arnie! I'm on cloud B9, I can do anything!

Doing the Happy Dance for Barbe!
-
Barbe- AWESOME NEWS - (What a GREAT B'DAY GIFT). Arine sorry about your port problems, that stinks, and Deb good luck with the aspieration.
I miss Lilac's the most down here, none of those, but about the first of April all the Jasmine starts to bloom and it smells just wonderful.
Some of the state actually got rain Tuesday - not us here on the coast, the storms start on the East Coast and this time of year have fallen apart before they reach us, maybe today we have a 50% chance. I have laundry out drying, not to worried it won't dry though.
Hey Mom if you see dust when the sun is shining in, that means one of 2 things your windows are TOO CLEAN or you should just draw the blinds to keep out the sun.
Hope everyone has a gret day.

"I hate housework!
You make the beds, you do the dishes---and six months later you have to start all over again."

I have to see my oncologist at 3:30 today....uuggghhhh......dreading it too. First checkup since I finished Herceptin in January.
Oh....and yeah Sahalie. That Joan Rivers comment is PERFECT. That's so true! We always have to repeat everything again in 6 months anyway........I'm gonna live by that rule from now on....hehe

Gentle hugs to all as we mutany from cleaning.

AWESOME BARB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
coonie. I'm at the 6 month visits now and still get butterflies the week before. I still get labs done and that also causes flip flops of the stomach kind.
We will be with you in spirit this afternoon. XOXO.
Barbe. Bunches of yells of "All right" & "Right On"

Giggle for the Day ~
*
Beautician: "Did that mud pack I gave you for your girlfriend improve her appearance?"
Man: "It did for a while - then it fell off." -
Barbe- YYYYYYEEEEAAAAHHHHH!!!! So happy for you!
Caligirl- Good looking guy!! Sounds like a keeper!
Arnie- Sorry about the port trouble. I go days without even noticing mine and then all of the sudden it hurts again. I hate the damned thing, but I'm stuck with it for quite awhile since I haven't even started yet.
Coonie- I love having your port in a ziplock bag! I am so asking for mine when it's over. But I might smash it with a hammer!! Good luck with your appt today!
Sahalie- You are so funny! Thanks for the giggle!
Beautiful flower pics everybody! I love spring!!
I am so far behind! Hugs to everybody I missed!
Sharon- Thanks for the day off! I'll take it!
I have spent today trying on all of my clothes to see what I can almost wear with my new uniboober look. I did get a soft foobie, but it still bothers me to wear a bra so I haven't used it much. It's not bad for a temporary solution. I am rethinking having reconstruction after I am finished with treatment. It would have been so much easier if I had gotten BC in the winter. Layers cover up so much more and I would die here in the summer in layers.
Smooches!!
-
TexasRose...We can be uniboober sisters!! I don't wear a soft foobie either, and I don't mind so much that it's obvious that I only have the one lone boob. I figured that it's more important that I'm alive than i have the boob...so....let em stare if they so choose. What I've determined is that people won't stare....they can't stare....and the only comments I get are positive ones about surviving breast cancer. So, skip the layers and just be comfortable!

Thanks guys! That doubles the joy to have y'all respond like that!
I've been wearing tube tops and t-shirts with no breasts. I must admit, I've gotten some weird looks and then you can see "the penny drop" and then horror fills in the gap! hehehehehehe
-
Everyone happy dancing for Barbe's great news!
-
-
Hi there Texas Rose, you sound in a chipper and together mood. Thank you for the recap, I am speed reading to catch up these days as can't seem to get to the laptop as much as usual.
Barbexxxxxxxxxxxx PEACHY RESULT!!!!! SO PLEASED FOR YOU.Especially how I heard a while back that you didn't have your own oncologist, I was praying for you.
Coonie, the dreaded "am I still peachy" appointments. Will send you good vibes until we hear back from you dear bud... (and beyond of course girl! just a whole lots more for today!) Swing back to Walmart on the way back for a well deserved treat ya hear!
Arnie, hope you get that port sorted. Gosh you are a cheerful one despite all that pain. Just get in the hospital and tell them you need it sorted yesterday! You have got enough on your plate and taking up your energy without having this port pain adding to it. huggs
mum, do what i think makraz does and get those windows open and sod the dust. Honestly now, I don't think a bit of dust should ever be a reason do "stop everything" and get going. So, remember who's in charge in your home. The dust WILL wait until YOU are ready to dispense of it (and banish it to the dust bin with the assistance of your trusty assistant FEATHERDUSTERS). YOU are the lady of the house, the dust MUST and WILL keep until you grace it with your attention.
faith, not sure what kind of week you are having, must check out your blog one day!
Caligirl, he is a cutey!...
Deb, had loads of aspirations, mainly hematomas though, not sure what your are for. Hope it's all doable for you and goes well. I always think the sound of the fluid gushing out is the worse bit. Maybe take an ipod or earplugs? Take care and all the best with that.
Not even 9 pm and in bed.. bones..and whooped. Still managed to feel quite sharp and did good liaising with specialists for my son's school transition today. I do love it when I don't feel "foggy".Now, to the fun task of changing my nipple tattoos bandages, yeeha! it's been fine, just fiddly!
All my best to all of you! xx Shiny
