Thinking Out Loud.....

Deb has been posting pics on FB for Halloween!
-
Opps!! Totally missed your post Deb. Glad your back!
-
I don't like seeing what I consider an ad on threads - it belongs on an approved BCO page if they want to share it.
-
I reported it Diane...They are all over the boards
-
Good, I did too.
-
I missed the ad, but then again, if it wasn't on this thread, I wouldn't see it!!
-
Linda...it was on this thread.....ain't nobody messes up with us
We are a tight & close group of sisters.......
-
Yes we are!!
Crap! I missed the ad. what was it for? I willl look for it.
-
There was an ad on this thread? guess it wasn't very effective if some of us missed it. lol I was probably too busy taking attendance to make sure we all reported in...
Hope you're warming up, Sheila!
-
I made chicken soup today ...
RE the post all 13 of them are gone......It was about some DR...and raising money...I forgot what it was
I had a bag of frozen sweet potato fries.....They are soft but will try to bake them......it's not meat...can't make me sick.......
lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalaaaaaaa
Diane Natalie called and told me about your message.
...they are still out of power...I guess she is charging her lap top at her father's house...they never lost power ....you see how polite I became ....
My friend (his wife) called me to see if I needed anything........left messages......I guess with no power voice mail still records the messages......
-
Voice mail does record messages because I got a few when my power cam back.
You''re so polite! I am pouring the bleach!
Kids just got home. I had a houseful from 3 to 7 today and then they went out. I am going to bed.Physical in the morning. How stupid am I to schedule a physical the day after Halloween! I have to fast.
Glad you are all safe my friends.
-
The ad disappeared after Sheila and I reported it. We sisters don't like that crap. Something about advances in metasteses and need more money to finish the cure.
I did check with Natalie - I was worried for you. I was glad she answered me. You are very polite
-
Did I miss something? What did you have to report? Did we have a TROLL.
-
Yes Deb we did....
Linda...The schools are closed all week...probably they will open it on Monday just to close it again on Election Day........
Transportation is very limited every hour or so.......
The world stop here...very disturbing and still feels like a bad dream
But i feel so much better now...it's getting warm here......
Tomorrow I need a deep long shower....
-
Still no power. Has been out since Monday. Peco says not till at least 11pm on Thursday. Imagine we are 24houses on the grid, so we are considered not real important. They are not even working on it. Everyone around me has power, and also all the family and friends who were out are back on.........
Oh we'll, shit happens........suppose to be 38 here tonight. And no heat......Brrrrrrrr. Hugs -
Oh Ducky...i wasn't expecting the poer to return because we we were in a small area where a big tree fell.......3 blocks up and Main Street had power.....I'm praying you get warm soon......
Can you cook?
-
OK...It's time to clean the kitchen...Sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious
Good Night ♥
-
Our house is full again - meaning, all the sisters here are safe & sound, tucked in for the night.
Thank you to the man above......
Good night dear sisters!
Love you all......♥
-
Sheila...my stove has electronic ignition, but can be lit with a match also. Stayed with my daughter last night. Sofa sleeping at 77 sucks, but hey, it's better then 10lbs of clothes, and 20lbs of covers. Thanks got the care. Hugs.
-
So glad to hear you stayed with your daughter. No sense being cold if you don't have to. Sorry the sofa is uncomfortable. I hope your power comes back today.
-
Diane - glad to hear your pain isn't from anything serious. So basically the mammograms injured your radiation-damaged tissues? Did he say how long it might take to stop hurting? I hope the tissues recover soon. I wonder if they might not do mammograms next time and send you for ultrasound or mri instead. My radiated tissue is still tender. I wonder if it is more tender than it otherwise might be (or have petechiae) if it didn't get squished every year...
-
Hi ......
Finally i read all the posts....
Diane...it's not funny what your DR said but when I was having pain in my BC Breast about 3 years ago.......My BS said 'After everything that breast went through of course it's gonna hurt once in a while....He has great sense of humor......
Ducky...I have electronic ignition too....I was using matches
Half of the NewRochelle are still powerless
I was thinking to go under witness protaction program because our power was fixed first
.......People are very crunky including my own DD......Offered my house for anything she needs...
We have 4 major school around us and election will be held in one of those schools.......
Now they are saying we were giving prioraty.........
Well.....in the middle of the night the boiler broke.....most of us are owners and the management wants to replace it but it will cost so much money and a raise that we are not happy
Now it's fixed but still cold in here..........
The most important thing is TOL didn't suffer any loss of life and we are OK
HUGS♥
-
Indeed, that is the most important thing, Sheila.
Chris - I asked the surgeon about future mammograms. He said the good news is that I will be getting fewer of them after year 3 ends in August. I do think they will go straight to ultrasound if they see something on a mammo next time.
Hugs TOL!
-
So glad that everybody has checked in.....ducky can't believe you don't have power......hang in there....
Sandy
-
Thinking of you Ducky. When this is all over, I can't wait to hear your spin on some stories. You are the best!!
Hello everyone!
-
Not a big deal but the cable is down...thank God phone and Internet are not effected...
It's coldish here because of boiler issues...they are keeping the temp very low
ME no Like this S**T
-
I have been catching up on the news, OMG I can't believe the devastation the hurricane cause in NY and NJ.
-
Over 60 deaths. A 2 and 4 yo swept from their mothers arms, bodies found later on
-
I better start answering the phone....any number I don' recognize I don't answer......
I missed one today one of DD's friend wanted to take a shower here..I felt so bad.....
It's getting warmer now.....
Having dinner
-
Glad you are getting warmer. Sorry you missed the call - I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know either. If only we could keep the people we don't want to call us from calling so we could answer our phones again!
