Liz - A batch is heading your way early next week!
-
Jenni,
I did receive your squares. The change I would make is to do 3 double crochet in the corners instead of three chain stitches. The corners are the biggest "stress" point on the squares so we do the 3 dc to attach to the other squares/rows. Thank you for bordering the squares.
I had to take care of my GS for a few weeks as my DD had back surgery. She is 24 and had surgery for a herinated L-5-S-1 disc and has a 7-8 month recovery.
I only need to finish the border on a hugaghan to complete one.
Please remember that you can send names and addresses for hugaghans, via PM, to Liz and I.
I think life will "settle" down in the next few weeks and I'll be back in the crochet world.
I do love doing this project and look forward to working on the hugaghans each and every day!
Thank you all bunches and bunches!!!!
-
I maileda hugaghan today. I'll post a pic soon.

I think I see one that I made in the bottom left corner, the whole afgan is beautiful.
I am working on some more blocks. I was going to mail what I had completed but purchased another pound skein of yarn on sale last week and am working it up before sending them.

Hi Denise .. good to see you!
I have a bunch of squares I need to mail. Plus, I have a huge amount that need bordering. I'll try to border them and send them out with mine. So very sorry I have been so slow in getting them done.

Bren -
I did it.....I finished a hugaghan at 1 this morning.
I'll post a pic as soon as I finish cleaning the house. My DD from Anchorage was visiting during the week and she is flying home today. We had two of our three daughters home last night and it was WONDERFUL!
