Unfortunately, since we're deep underground, we have no way of knowing when the moon will be full.

Unfortunately, this being the year of the super moon, we're not sure what effect it will have on the trolls ... will they stay stones forever ... or will the supermoon make them go mad??????!!!!!

Fortunately, we stumble upon a calendar with a big XXX every 28 days. Could this be the key to our escape?

Unfortunately, although we realize there's someone around who's tracking the phases of the moon - in all likelihood a female - we can't find her so just have to assume the XXX on the calendar for today's date means tonight's the night!

Fortunately, the super moon rises, hugely, in the sky we can't see, and sure enough, all the trolls turn to stone.

Unfortunately, we realize the clock is now ticking away the overnight hours we have to escape.  Dawn will be here before we know it, and the trolls will reawaken.

Fortunately, we are able to scramble to the crystal stairwell and make our way to the surface. The view as we emerge on our beautiful Caribbean island is breathtaking. We gingerly close the trap door to the troll's underground lair, place a large boulder on top, and stare awestruck at the massive full moon which is brilliantly reflected in the waves.

Unfortunately, while it is beautiful, we are still stuck on a desert island with no accommodations, and now we have slumbering stone trolls to worry about.

Fortunately, with the super moon shining brilliantly in the sky casting gorgeous reflection upon the still sea water, something begins to happen to the water ... it begins to stir ... and a huge crystal boat rises out of the water ... the moonlight reflecting off the crystal bow.

Unfortunately when we try to hail it, we realize that it is a ghost ship

Fortunately ... at least for the time being ... the ship is heading in our direction and it does not appear threatening.  We grow quiet in anticipation ... who or what is on this ship ....

Unfortunately, we hear some weird noises behind us. We turn to look, and lo and behold! The big boulder we had set on the trap-door to the trolls caverns is moving! the trolls have awakened and it's a matter of minutes before the boulder will roll off the trapdoor and the trolls will emerge! We desperately jump in the water and start swimming towards the ghost ship. It seems less terrifying than the angry trolls.

Fortunately, we are strong swimmers and easily reach the mysterious crystal ship.

Unfortunately, there is no way to get ON the ship. It's tall, there are no ropes, no ladders, and the sides are ... well... crystal smooth.

Fortunately (or so we hope) the ghostly crew lowers life preservers into the water..... having no other choice, we grab on to them and silently the luminous sailors pull us up and on to the ship.

Unfortunately, once on board we find we are NOT in friendly company.

Fortunately, we also find we are not the only ones to have found refuge on the crystal ship. The Baywatch crew is here too.

ROTFL!!! You gals are killing me!

Unfortunately, we discover that we have all grown ethereally pale, and time appears to have slowed down. Oddly, however, we don't seem to care.

Fortunately, they escort us to lavish cabins with huge fluffy feather beds for us to sleep in.  And sleep we do.  We remain asleep for the next 24 hours and when we awake we realize we are now approaching the Florida cape.

Unfortunately the winds have picked up, we are being tossed about violently and there is a dead eerie silence on the ship. When we go to investigate we find we are alone, and heading straight for the rocky cliffs ahead. (Yeah, I know there aren't too many rocky cliffs off the coast if Florida, but this is fantasy, right? Wink).

Fortunately, one of us remembers her days in the USN and her training as a ship's captain.  She runs to the bridge and takes control of the ship, turning it just in time to avoid collision with anything.

Unfortunately, since it's a ghost ship, the rudder is too insubstabtial to actually affect the water we're racing through. We float at high speed helplessly toward the rocks!

Fortunately we are towing a lifeboat, and we are able to board it and disconnect from the ship.  We drift silently as we watch the ship crach into the rocks and splinter into billions of tiny shards of glass.

Unfortunately, the Baywatch cast clambors into our tiny lifeboat, too. Along with all of us reconstructed babes, that's a lot of silicone for one small rubber craft!

Fortunately, silicone floats so that may come in handy in the months ahead!  Wink

Unfortunately, our tiny craft springs a small leak...

Fortunately, we reach the rocky shore before having to seriously bail the water out of the craft. And a big wave takes us straight above the rocks and deposits us on safe land.

Unfortunately we are once more forced to rely on our feet as transportation, and there is no sight of civilization in any direction.  Are we in Florida?

Fortuntately, we pass a weathered sign that reads "Welcome to Florida, home of the Gators." Phew, what a relief!

Unfortunately, they were referring to the gators making their home in the swamps which seemed to surround us.  There was one narrow muddy road leading us away from the sea shore...through the swamp.
