"Fortunately, Unfortunately"
Here is a game that looks fun to try. I found in the Parade Magazine in the Sunday paper.
You take whatever sentence you want and make a story by alternating sentences with the words 'fortunately, unfortunately'.
For instance:
"Unfortunately, there is a tiger in the car."
"Fortunately, he doesn't eat women."
"Unfortunately, he looks really, really hungry!"
"Fortunately, I have a large piece of raw meat in my purse." etc. etc.
I'll start:
Unfortunately, it is very hot and humid today.
