Teka and Ducky ... thank you for starting my day off with a smile.
Today, I am planning to drag hoses around the yard ... just a little ... to give some plants a drink. It's a small yard with a small number of plants, but watering before the automatic sprinklers are turned on is a lot of work.
-
teka and ducky, smiling....Sally have fun dragging!!
-
You all made me smile. Thanks

This is my oldest daughter 1st girl......2nd child out of 6.....with her son celebrating his birthday in St. Louis, Mo....he moved there 3 weeks ago for work......broke her heart,......
-
Beautiful people picture.
-
Thanks Cami...........she is going to be 56......she had double pneumonia when she was born and was not expected to live........at 19 she had a gran mal seizure for the first time and was diagnosed with epilepsy....dealt with that for 8 years and finally had experimental surgery at Jefferson Hospital in Phila....very delicate surgery and she was awake through the entire thing.....was not sure of the outcome....she could become blind, or lose her ability to speak, and at that time had 2 children....she came out fantstic.
Now she has some kind of a bacterial infection in her lungs, which she takes medicine for with horrible SE"s, but she plugs on working everyday for her brother.....she just changed job ......was in the banquet service running an entire company for someoen, bu the work got too hard, so her brother took her in with him to give her a less taxing job........wonderful daughter and mother.......she will be home Sunday......
-
Just received this from my grandaughter....Grayson sitting in her hi-chair without assistance from her brace.......what an accomplishment.....
-
beautiful pix and excellent for grayson!! -
Ducky, enjoyed the pics and so happy for Grayson. She is really doing well, isn't she. I can imagine how your daughter must miss her son. She has certainly had to weather extreme health issues. I hope her lung infection resolves quickly. It was wonderful that the lung infection did not keep her from visiting her son.
-
Sally...........oh heaven's nothing could keep her from that boy...........she loves him dearly.......she also has a beautiful daughter, married, and now is waiting to be a grandmother........sad my grandaughter is having a little problem, so the baby is taking longer then expected to join our large family......but it will happen........This is the same daughter, with her daughter........

Hi ladies- back from the hot springs with my east coast friend. One of the most fun weekends in a long time, something that has been overdue to me for awhile. We had a good visit, lots of girlfriend catch up, good soaking, divine treatments, healthy eating, little red wine, more soaking, a fab yoga class, and a bit of shopping. It was a was a weekend filled with a bit of everything I love, including a good friend who cares about me!
Dropped my friend off at the airport an hour ago and am now settling in for a nap and then to some unpacking and laundry.
I see people here who are connecting in person with one another and think that is so cool! I hope it was a great get together.
-
Sounds wonderful, so happy you got some down time!
-
Ducky I left three threads because of abuse, bulling, and threats by you and grannydukes aka firekracher. The Mods have repeadetedly asked you to stay off the Isomnia thread . According to the TOS abuse and bullying are not tolerated. Please, abide by the requests. I'm seriously tired of you pretending. Stay out of my life and leave me alone. The next contact will be a "Cease and Desist" letter from my lawyer. The next action after that is a lawsuit. All of your abuses of the system are recorded within and retained. Even if you thought you deleted them. They are still recorded and can be obtained by court order.
