Ok... Last round....
Naughty, I'd like some of those Jelly Belly's....
-
Scotty-----I love you this BIG!!!!!!!
-
SeasideMemories... run fast... to the door... I am there for you w/ Jelly Bellies!
-
Ladies and germs... let me present you the next AI:
Lauren Alaina... my adopted daughter... another beautiful baby girl for me! Now Lauren has to teach Jade how to sing to me like that. Man... I am crying... and not PMSing!!!
-
Round 3 goes to Lauren
in my opinion!!!!
-
Great song for Lauren! She may have won it with that.
-
text vote to 5702, 5704, 5706 or 5708 for Lauren!!!
-
No idol here tonight, bad storms.....
-
♥L♥A♥U♥R♥E♥N
-
I already have five calls in for my baby girl Lauren... circuits are busy... trying again... now on to David Cook.
PS: Make it 24 calls/votes... and Mrs... sorry about the storms... hope you can catch up a summary later on someplace.
-
Lauren brought tears to my eyes with that last song. Best she has ever done and a great song, too. It seems as if the AI producers have done everything to give her the edge in my opinion, from giving her that much-better-than-Scotty's song (to staging it the way they did) to leaking that story about the blown vocal chord just hours before tonight's show.
Even so, you can't underestimate Scotty's fans. He was never in the bottom two the entire time (even that one time he SEEMED to be it turned out he wasn't).
Still, I think they both were great and it will be interesting to see who wins tomorrow night!
-
I did 10 online voting.
Voting is 4 hours tonight. Getting on the phone.
David Cook my other son.
-
Judges should not have given an opinion tonight.......I'm gald Jolo didn't..............they were both good, but I think Scotty clearly has the most talent, but as I said before...............he already is headed for next years CMA awards for next years "best new singer"...................the boy is fantastic...............he has never sung a bad song.
sorry Lauren had the trouble with her vocal chord, that is not good, hopefully she gives it some rest after this..................she will burn out really young if she doesn't.................I'm sure its all the rehersing...............
-
My daughter and I enjoyed Lauren more tonight, but wouldn't feel let down if Scotty won AI. Thursday I'll have to start looking for another fun thread. RATS! Good night.
-
LOL.... Naughty and Seyla on the 'Kiddo'!!!... A bit like when you get referred to as "Oh, miss" in the store rather than.. "Oh, Ma'am'"! One just feels so much better than the other!
Still wishin' James was still in it and Haley, too! But the remaining 2 are REALLY good and I think will do well regardless of who wins!!!
That being said.... I think Lauren, strained vocal cords and all, stole the show tonight! What a beautiful song to her Mom!!
Just in case I don't make it here tomorrow, wanted to tell all of you how much fun I had watching this season's Idol with all of you!!! It's always entertaining but, this year, being able to trade opinions back and forth has brought it to another level!!!
Gonna have to find another show to share!!
Love ya all!!
-
Probably not the popular opinion, but I say it goes to Scotty. Both did a great job- but I think he is ready for it and has a more consistent voice.
Naturegrrl- Thank you!
-
Laurie,
I REALLY think tonight is a toss up and is going to just go on the winds of the 'popular' vote!!
I do think that Scotty has been VERY consistant the entire way through! He never wavered from his style and did not find himself in danger of going home at ALL this season.
Lauren, has had great weeks and some weeks that were a bit weak! BUT, although I would not have picked her from the get go, I DO think she has shown tremendous growth over the span of this competition!
Tomorrow should be interesting!
-
BTW... keep voting for LAUREN ... OR SCOTTY
... and remember THE VOICE is on tonight... at 10 Eastern time.
Yes, most definitely a pleasure hanging out w/ all of you even if WE AGREE TO DISAGREE ... gracefully!
With that said... watching Dancing w/ the Stars before The Voice... yes... I am a TV whore... tonight!
See you later or tomorrow??
-
I deleted because the video wasnt working right
-
Naughty,
We ALL have our vices!!!... LOL...
And, as far as TV whores go... you are one that arrives packing candy (Jelly Belly's)!! LOL
It's ALL good!!
-
SeasideMemories... sorry I did not share my:
-
That's very generous NBN.
Do you have any chocolate
-
It could go either way. Both did well. I didn't think it was a good song choice for Scotty's second song...and I thought Lauren was a bit flat on the last song. Otherwise, they both brought their 'A' game!
-
wow ... I missed the entire show .. I need to catch up!
-
angel...David Cook my son sang tonight♥
-
naughty- TV whore, love it, lol!
-
I Love David Cook too, Seyla!
-
Sheila: which kind?? And do you need a napkin??
-
Laurie08: that's all the "whore" I have left in me...
!
-angel-: The Voice is on right now... well break time!
-
I prefer the second one.
With the second one I need a napkin. Thanks
