Hey...I forgot....since I stand at work everyday for 8 hours...never sitting...does that count?? lol
-
my3girls - I am happy you have done well this week, I have been a slug...sorry hummingbirds I think it will be low points for me this week
-
Hummingbirds - I am trying to be good. So far the same weight as last week (which was down a little.) Had lunch with a friend today who is from here and currently living out of town and missing our good food. She had a fried oyster po-boy with french fried onion rings and she is a size 2! I was good and had veggie soup with whole wheat toast! I did have one oyster and one small onion ring. Hope that does not affect my weight tomorrow! I will try to do the WiiFit tonight - too cold to go outside and walk.
-
well ladies, I am headed to the indoor track to log some miles. I know I'm gonna be up a bit tomorrow, from being housebound for two days with no exercise except shoveling snow. And, I indulged in my favorite winter treat: fresh snow drizzled with pure maple syrup, yummm!
hey zogo, are you dug out yet?
We got sixteen inches of snow, but no ice TG!
See y'all tomorrow - remember now it's 3 points for checking in by midnight Friday. {{hugs}}
-
Just remember check in sometime on Friday, your time! Hope to be down this week, but planning to have a big dinner tonight after the colonoscopy.
-
