I love going to the doctor, and telling the nurse where to start setting the scale for my weight and having it less! I was 164 fully dressed minutes after lunch. I hope I didn't do too bad this week. Not expecting a loss, but hope to have no gain. Will check in later.

Checking in for Hummingbirds!
Not a very good week. I just got back from vacation on Sunday and just weighed myself today. I am up 5 pounds from before I left
. I am going to have to work really hard to get this gain off. I haven't weighed this much (150) in years and I am very mad at myself.
Friday check in: 3 pts.
Water: 6 pts.
Exercise: 6 pts.
Total points: 15 pts.
Promise to do better next week!

Also losing the weight has helped my cholesterol - went from 200 down to 170. Yeah!
Guess the 1 piece of wedding cake last Saturday was ok - I did try to get more exercise in this week.
-
Sorry I missed the Anniversary Celebration. Happy ONE YEAR, you LOSERS!
I got down to my desired weight a few weeks ago, but it's birthday season and that put a few pounds back on. I think I can shed that back off, but soon the Easter baskets will be looming. I think I am going to wind up Poster Girl for the Yo-Yo Dieter.
Team Loon, minus 57 points.

Checking in for the Roadrunners:
weight ????? I've been on vacation all week, and I am pretty sure I didn't gain the over seven pounds that the scale in the hotel says I've gained. It may have something to do with not being able to do the weigh-in first thing in the morning without clothes, and something to do with it being a different scale.

I just had a pear
-
Way to go, seyla! Pears are yummy.
-
I love pears and eat one every day. When you start eating healthier, you can really savor the flavor in natural food. Yesterday I stocked the 'fridge with healthy things to eat, such as pears, green beans, radishes, red leaf lettuce, and asparagus (LOL). Also hard boiled a few eggs to have on-hand as I love one sliced up in a green salad. For salad dressing, I choose clear over creamy, to cut down on calories and fat. It will be a while yet but we have a nice local farmers market here. Can't wait!
Got in a walk last night under the special full moon. Anyone else get out to see it?
Spring is in the air, keep up the good work! {{hugs}} to all

Hi Ladies I have missed you all!!
I had to take a break for a while life had just become too overwhelming, working long hours (which I still am) and fighting to share computer time with the daughter. I wasn't losing any weight only stress eating and gaining. My weight is up to 165 I'm sorry to say
!!! I have got to find the place where I can find peace and get back on the wagon as Sheila says.
Oh a happier note I have now purchase a new HP laptop and it is ALL mine. No sharing... yeah!! so I hope to see some more of ya'lls smiling faces. I am going to try to get into that frame of mind to lose some weight. Albeit very difficult when life is turning upside down. My boss, Ryan, who was very supportive through my cancer and treatments, is leaving in about 2 wks. He is moving to NC. We will be getting yet again the 4th executive director since I have worked at the community where I am at in a 5 yr. period. It's a bit stressful.
O.k. no more complaining. It looks like all of you are mostly trying very hard to succeed at losing the wt. and some of you have met your goals which is great!!!!
Keep up the good work
Renee

Nice to see you on this site Renee. Welcome.
OK E-LABERS I purchased a big wagon for all of us. Finally I'm ready mentally and seeing results. Just jump in with me if you wish.
Michelle (o2bhealthy) mentioned about eating too much fruit......
Thanks Michelle
I love my fruits but i was overdosing with them like a mango every day, grapes all healthy in moderation but the sugar actually giving so many calories.
Now when I buy strawberries don't sit and eat the entire container....
Its a very difficult task being hungry and not to eat. We all know that
I'm on my day 7 still counting and Gold Fish package still sealed.
I'm so glad we are in this together good and bad.
Without your support i don't think I could but my butt on the wagon again.
I don't want to fall
Thank You All
♥
