Good morning dust bunnies
I have been laughing so much catching up on all your posts.
Lucy it's great to see you back!
((((((((lovinmama)))))))) sorry you have to be re ported.
Carolmarie glad to see you back here. Adding my prayers for no surprises.
Mr Arnie a very warm welcome to you.
Faith so sorry to hear about Saint. I'll keep her in my prayers.
Estepp I don't think it is unfair of you at all to hire someone to do your housework, it's a good idea. I understand what you say about being done with cleaning, there are far more interesting things to do!
Arnie hope your wbc goes up again soon. It's good news that you've got real soft hair coming in now. Yes you're right about it being quick to get ready without hair! I've packed away or chucked out all my old hair related stuff, hairdryer, shampoo etc. Mind you I've acquired 2 wigs plus various hats and scarves. My next chemo is 22nd July, another step nearer to being finished.
Hugs to all
-
Prayers and hugs for all in need.
I officially declare it a house shurkers day off to celebrate the addition of Mr. Arnie. Our new 'pool boy'.
-
Awesme! I have a pool! Send him over!!
-
LOL, better check with Arnie first........
-
Morning Jane... I put all my hair "stuff" away too... the same day I shaved my head. Outa sight outa mind. I have my next chemo on the 21st so just a day before you...will be thinking of ya.
Good morning dust bunnies!!! Hope everyone has a happy "no-cleaning" day...

-

Morning hollyann... it's so good to see you posting
Yes...by all means please use the motto...
Jayne... I wear baseball caps mostly...haven't worn my wig but once! I add pins on my caps that family and friends have bought for me. Yesterday, when I went for my bloodtest, my nurse Kathi gave me the one in the middle of the hat...she took it right off her lab jacket! What a sweetie....
Wear my dangly earrings and off I go! lol
Everybody must be cleaning...
pretty slow this a.m.
-
Arnie love your baseball cap! Thanks for posting the photo. What a good idea to add the pins to it. I have a small collection of pins and that looks like a way I could wear them all together. Glad you have a lovely nurse taking care of you.
-
Thanks Jayne... Yea, I think the pins add some "''feminity"...lol The dangling earrings let me swing something, like I used to feel my hair swing...
I think adding your collection of pins to your hat will add some of your personality!
IS EVERYONE CLEANING!!!!????
-
I'm not cleaning!.......NOPE! ...I'm getting ready for a bike ride.........I had my shower and am dressed and got my bike in my car and now I'm waiting for energy to return so I can go ride! LOL..........Maybe I should have loaded my bike last night...lol....Oh well off I go....Have a great day ladies....
Arnie thank you!...I hi jacked the raspberry one too!....hehehe
-
Good glad to hear you're not cleaning Lucy... have fun on your bikeride!!!!
-
LOL Arnie.......Yea that about looks exactly like me!........hehehehehe Still trying to get out of my chair!........
-
-
Go LUCY, Go!!!
You get credit for loading the bike, but you'll get more credit if you pedal it.
Yesterday while I was headed out on my ride (which ended up being 12.5 miles) I was stopped by two female cyclists who were 'lost'.
I got them turned around & headed on their route. They were in the midst of riding 100 miles in one day. Sure put my efforts into perspective.
But I say, ride on -- ride on!!
Hugs to everyone. Thanks for the supportive thoughts for Saint. She's a real trooper.

Arnie you sure are funny (are we cleaning)....
I joined this thread because everyone seemed to like cleaning as much as I do. I had to clean yesterday but today...ha... I do have to do the dishes and one load of laundry but other than that nothing else will be getting done today. Remember I worked yesterday...hehe....
I hope everyone gets into something fun today.
-
Yeah, I've been real busy cleaning all morning. I have not been outside enjoying the sunshine. I have been in the house cleaning. I'd better get back to my cleaning now...........really.
-
LOL Faith! Well I did 4 miles so I guess I will try for longer tomorrow.....Will load the bike again tonight instead of in the morning........Saturday hubby and I did 14 miles!......So i guess I get credit for that?.....LOL Saint when you speak to our sweet sister Saint tell her I said Get Well Soon and I send lots of hugs and love.......
Jaimieh you rock the bald girlfriend!...I LOVE your avatar!...You are such a beautiful person....You put Demi Moore to shame!......I honestly do not have the head for it myself...I am flat on the back of my head!...LOL Not round at all.....
Arnie of I tried ot ride with no hands they would be scraping me off the concrete!...LOL I haven't been able to let go of the bars in a long time.......
Have a great day all and Please remember to say an extra prayer for our dear Goody!.......I don't think she has been on here for a while but she is still our sister!.................Her cancer has returned and she is having all her female stuff removed.....I feel for her...The hot flashes are horrible not to mention the mood swings!....... BUT you do save on heating costs in the winter...LOL
-
