To Be continued .........when I find myself.
-
Do I look function-able now?
-
-
-
LOL!! Feel better Sheila, the link did not work for me either. Even when I copied it. RCG are you playing with our minds?
-

-

-
No, no, no, we can't be having triple portions
I don't know about that link but it wasn't all that special.
Just worked out with trainer for first time since surgery in August - brutal. He went crazy because I have three flights of stairs and thought that was a really fun way to go. I told hiim my oncologist said I needed to limit stair climbing
-
So you were busy this afternoon with your trainer
Today they were talking about portion control again. Now I have 2 questions:
When they say the size of your palm are the fingers included?
And how about if I really keep the portion at the palm size can I add more amount its still gonna be that size but taller?
-
Looks like Haddock, I had that a few days ago. I inhaled it. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
One more day of work and I have 10 days off.
I was peepin today.

Hi Sandy
Deb you look so adorable
-
Sandy, you do have to take care of yourself. Make sure you do!
Enjoy the time off Deb! -

I can't even sit at a table that has mussels - they are delicious and I love them but I became allergic. I would enjoy the squid though
Yes I was busy with the trainer - I have to say after so many months it felt good - not good like I enjoy working out really but good like it was normal. For an hour I did something normal - yay!
I miss haddock a lot!
-
That looks delicious! Even the yams. I could eat the seafood for breakfast.
Good morning.
-
Me Too and they are very in calories unless you start dipping the bread
Okay okay I said enough its too early to start thinking about food.
-
Is it? I dont think it is ever too early
I could eat some delicious fish right now. Kind of sore today so not ready to kick into my day quite yet.
Fish Expo/Pacific Marine Expo is this week in Seattle and we are exhibiting - it is an international event alternating between Boston and Seattle. I know for sure we will be taking clients out for an amazing dinner tomorrow night. So nice to feel a bit normal.
