Had my flu shot today, that little needle stung now my arm hurts like I got punched.

Yes, my LS son did that for me a couple days after my surgery.  Made me cry.  I love that song and now I cry everytime I listen to it.

I know Survivor song is not related to BC, but it made me feel sooo good inside every time I heard those words.

OOH poor Deb...I know it hurts. I didn't have it the last 2 years or even before DX.

I started 2005 when i had no choice they were giving me every shots took it 3 more years.....

Ok, just heading in to western NY state. Is Willow Tree chicken salad from a particular restaurant or is it a recipe?  Can we get the clam rolls in Ipswich?  Or is there someplace you love near your place?  Oh, and are our massages booked? 

Got slowed down by a very strong windstorm last night.  We were not on top of it, hadn't really done the annual prep for windstorms and heard a crash about an hour ago - the solar lanterns we had on our roof deck all fell and broke - there is glass everywhere but it is still too dark to do anything about it.  We have power though unliketens of thousands of others. My DH just left for the airport, is headed over to Boise for the day.  Crazy week ahead with Fish Expo (int'l trade show in SEA) and clients, dinners, etc.
