    Nope, none, they all make me cry! I struggle doing my shopping, wiping my eyes, sniffing, I am such a baby. National anthems make me cry too, like when an athlete steps up to receive a medal, and don't show me a sad movie....:). (nuts, thats what I am!)

    I love egg nog!

    I cry at everything too.....when my DS was in high school, I would have tears in my eyes at the last football games, track meet, band concert, parade....you name it.....it just means that we are deeply sensitive, not crazy Tongue Out

    A holiday food or drink most people like, but I do not is.....

    I will take the "deeply sensitive" thank you! I am comforted to know I am not the only crier Ruthbru. I cried yesterday when a stranger told me about concentration camps in her homeland.

    (Well goodness, concentration camps are truly a thing to cry about!)

    (Try an eggnog malt at McDonalds, you might like the taste, and it doesn't actually have eggs in it.)

    Tickets for a cruise to Jamaica (what I'm actually getting is sweat pants & a gift certificate to the salon where I get my hair done and buy my makeup)

    Oh yes, flannel P.J's are the best!

    right!  Put the milk in the cup before pouring the coffee, it froths up like a cappuccino mmm.

    My favorite book may be Battlefield Earth by L. Ron Hubbard.  It's hard to choose just one 'cuz there are so many great books but that's the one I lend out the most.  (the movie was awful!!)

    I have found that the book is usually better than the movie, but ...

    every now now and then I am wrong.  But I am struggling to think of one at this moment.  I often avoid the movie, if I enjoyed the book, because it seems to spoil it somehow, don't you think?

    I haven't read Battlefield Earth, so putting it on my list now, thx...

    I will see the movie if I read the book but I want to read the book first so the characters are of my imagination not the director's.  IMHO, few movies are better than the original book.

    The last movie I saw (at the theater vs. TV) was The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel - wonderful!

    TV is OK, but I enjoy going out to the movies ...

    and see the action on the big screen & my theater-mates reaction to the events unfolding.....plus, since I don't go to the movies very often, I always get a treat to munch on during the movie.

    a homemade Heath Bar candy my mom made.....thank goodness I never got the recipe because I would eat the whole pan myself if I made it (my SIL learned how to make it, and 'shares'....thus limiting my consumption!)

    that he always knew where the tent we were camping in was cause my pillowcase on the end of my camp bed was full (don't forget I grew up in Oz where it was summer, hence we were camping at the beach)
