    My DH makes reindeer footprints in the house using flour as snow, we live in Australia, and my DD hasn't yet asked how could there be snow, it's usually boiling hot!

    It's hard to pinpoint the "best" but one great gift I give myself each year is to get a Dear Santa letter and shop for an underprivleged child....I love that type of shopping and I love imagining the joy that child will have opening the gifts.

    ok..there are WAY to many to pick from. I have to give you at least a couple.

    1, my husband is a chef, and he used to cook different stuff for my clients. so one day i had him cook all kinds of things, it was for his own surprise party..lol

    2, we have a priest friend who always bragged about his sermons. so one day we went to the 6:30 am service, daughter in feety pjs and all. and sat in the front pew. when he was done we held up cards...4.2,,,,3.8 etc.

    i love funny stuff!!!!!!!

    put a bay window in my dining area...I have such a pretty view and that would enhance it so much.

    One of the strangest (most memorable) jobs I've ever had was.............

    (when I was in high school, I got a parttime job at Sears - they put me on as a "fly girl" - I relieved people for breaks and dinner hour.  Some days I would be in men's shoes, baby clothes, gift wrapping (oy) and washing machines all in one evening!  What a hoot)

    working at a photography place. my job was marking the negatives....ripped a bunch once..wedding pics..sorry people. i am sure they are still talking about it..opppppps

    Well, Ruth, you're in the wrong thread for "next person" but I'll answer anyway.....yes I did iron my hair and the really weird thing about that was my hair was already straight.  I just thought it was a cool thing to do....

    Rachel. You can be 9 or 90 and be a Rachel. No one can tell your age by seeing it. lol Plus it's just pretty. With a few exceptions I can tell a woman's age by their name when I get their resume.

    Christmas eve is quiet with just hubby and me. We listen to Christmas music and open one present each, have an easy dinner and a glass of wine. Not really any tackling. ;)
