Renee. So good to 'see' you, again.
Welcome home.
Of course now is a good time to begin again. As we often have said..... we get to start over every single week. No need to wait till Jan.1st for resolutions, climb back on the wagon with us, strap on your seat belt & begin again.
I can't even begin to tell you how proud I am of everybody in the lab. So many making noticeable strides forward, more exercise, more points, more good choices, new ELAB lows!!! Spring is officially arriving & the opportunity to be outside and moving more has arrived! Just in time to make some progress toward bathing suit season. LOL!
Congrats on everyone who continues to check-in & update. That alone is a behavioral change for the better: accountability & support. RAH RAH RAH!!!!

This band wagon comes complete with a personal trainer!!!
-
And last but not least.
Here's all of us clowns,
Hangin' on to the band wagon.
All together, now.
HANG ON!!!!
-
Ok, I'm in the green polka dot dress playing the flute (green, my favorite color and I really do play the flute). I am on the bandwagon as of this second!!!
So glad to hear from you Renee!
Sheila, GREAT job not opening those gold fish - I'm proud of you girl!
-
((((Shelia)))) Happy I could help
I think I gained 6 lbs on my "fruit" diet so once again it proves the motto 'everything in moderation' ...
Yay Renee!!! Your own lap top!
Faithie - thank you for the kudos on braking the 20 point barrier! I have been spring cleaning, preparing for a huge yard sale and been getting lots of exercise in the process (plus the added benefit of a clutter free home) Now I to clean, organise and price everything
-
I need to do more Spring Cleaning. I did some during the Winter, but now I have to make it official. Work off some calories at the same time.
-
I agree on the cleaning. I could use a decluttering version of ELAB. Something to motivate me to clean up and clear out.
-
I am really enjoying a clutter free home, however I am scared to walk into my garage right now! I figure it will take a few weekends to organize and price all that 'stuff' to prepare for the yard sale and since I am going to Las Vegas this weekend to celebrate my 40th b-day with some girl friends the organizing will just have to wait
-
I don't know if it will go over or not but I just started a decluttering thread. I need some motivation.
-
What's it called? I'll join.
-
Ditto suzwes...

It's called not quite a horder - decluttering. I gave credit for the idea to Zogo - I think it was a great idea!
-
I found it! Thanks!
-
I'm going looking for it too. I have been exercising my brain for about 6 months with the "idea" of decluttering - can I get points for that?
Back later after I check it out - thanks.
-
If we could/would only declutter our dinner plates!
-
I ate 11 almonds, light & fit yogurt and a pear for lunch.
I was LOL when I finishes the 11 almonds. hahahahahahahahahahahaha
-
Sometimes when you have them lined up, or dished out, you realize that you really can get by with small portions.
-
No, that doesn't work for me. I see them and think they look so little bit. Works better for me to hold them all in one hand and then it feels like a lot.
Like the idea of decluttering the plate. I did find the 'declutter' thread. Thanks.
Countdown to Friday.
-
I had a large red potato baked with butter, cheese and bacon bits for lunch....so yummy and definitely NOT fat free
Need to work harder on that but it was so chilly and rainy I needed comfort food.
-
The weather definitely plays on my food emotions.
Ok, I NEED AN INTERVENTION!!!!!
I want an ice cream cookie sandwich soooooo bad and there are three in the freezer. I don't need it, I'm not hungry. I keep trying to do other things (like declutter the house) and tlak to my BC sisters but I've gone near the freezer three times and I even opened it once. I haven't grabbed on though. I'm going to start sucking down more water - even if I'm awake all night going to the bathroom. I must stop this weight gain.
Thank you, I feel so much better now.
-
Good choices!!!
Good choices!!!
Good choices!!!
I seriously want to earn my ELAB low on a legit Fri!
Eat less. Move more.
Eat less. Move more.
Eat less. Move more.

I just stepped on the scale and it was frighteningly high. I ate tri-tip and mashed potatoes tonight, but it seems crazy to gain 7 lbs over it. I guess I need to get things moving again.
-
Today's the day!!!
This is it!!!!
The long awaited party!!!!!!
According to FB, today is our
Imperial Flock Coach's BIRTHDAY!!!!
Happy Birthday, Meecie dearest!!
I will refrain from posting confections.
Instead I'll sing you a song:
Celebrate it in your own style.
Savor the fun...... I think a Tues birthday earns a week long party!
-
Thank you, Faithie!
DH said I should stay in the bath and eat bon bons all day. Luckily, that would require me to leave and go to the store, and I don't plan on that.
-
Happy Birthday Meece!
