Has anyone heard from Renee (mimi1964)?  I hope everything is ok with her and her family.

Come on Rockin' Robins and sister ELABers, lets get healthy this week!  Drink that water and move that body!  We can do it.

    TOMORROW!!!

    TOMORROW!!!

    TOMORROW!!!

    TOMORROW!!!

I heard a rumor that Meecie is picking us all up via limo service & taking us together to the gym to be followed by all day spa treatment of your choice...... in honor of our first anniversary.

    Be ready.

You'll hear the horn honk twice.

    No need to pack.

They have those  extra thick terry cloth robes awaiting.

Meecie's getting them monogrammed while I type.

(It was supposed to be a surprise, but I'm just too excited!!!!!)

Faithie, I have been scurrying around like a chicken with my head cut off since I saw what you wrote.  I had to make it all come true, but now I am too tired to blow out the candle, can someone help me?

I've been off-line for a few days.  Congrats to all of you who were here from the start and thank you for being so welcoming to all of us "newbies" on this board and encouraging us to be healthier.

faithie:  Thanks for the well wishes.  I'm  still not up to exercizing this week but trying to walk the halls more at work and the stairs.  Every little bit helps.

Here are some interesting links for this week healthy Mayo Clinic recipies.  Some sound really good!

Am I depressed or hormonal (post-menopausal can still be hormonal, right?) - I've been munching like there's no tomorrow.  I don't understand it.  I'm usually pretty good with my eating unless I'm depressed (about what?) or my inner child isn't getting her needs met (Aha! - low funds and not enough play! - that's it!)  Thanks for giving me this site for figuring this out.  Maybe I can play some tomorrow.  OK, I WILL play tomorrow - I'll make art inside if it's raining, and outside if it's not!  Yay!

Congrats Faithie.  Congrats all you original "losers" and here's to another year of amazing lows for all of us.

Bookart, were you able to stop munching?  I find that posting helps.

I love statistics and thought I would mention that 8 E-Labbers have been here since the first day and three more joined in the next 2 days.  13 ladies who joined in 2010 are still on board.  I say a great big congratulations to all of these ladies because it is easy to want to try to lose weight, and easy to sign up with something to help, but it take a conscious effort to stick with it.

Well, we need some way to celebrate and I think Suzette's idea works!  Okay, maybe we should wait until AFTER Friday's weigh-in or we will all be back to 3/2010 stats!

I agree.  I think I hit my all time E-lab low today, but my tummy has been upset and I think it will want to gain up the next couple days.

How one can gain 3 pounds overnight by eating healthy size of cake and very moderate ice cream.

OOOh I forgot I also had a small bag of nacho chips.

    Only had salad for dinner.

    i really need to know.
