Jazzy.........yes the AI's kill you........my feet were not bad for a long time .....it was mostly legs, back and thighs.......then about 6 months ago the feet started.........horrible..........I am going to talk to my MO about taking a vacation....I need to do something.....this is existing not living....
Thanks for the kind words about my family.......they are my life.......each and every one......yesterday I had one of the dogs Sophie, while my daughter worked.......she dropped her off because her heat went out....loved the company....
The weather here is suppose to warm up this weekend........what a relief it will be.....the morning temps are still very low and a couple more cold days but it is looking better........
I belong to the Y here in my town.......I want so bad to go, and do what I need to do......they have everything....even a BC meeting 2 times a week......3 pools, and aqua exercise.....just need to get my sorry butt in gear...........could lose a good 40lbs........
Hugs, and have a good night...........will show you my little friend Sophie........this is my Grand Dog...

Grayson knows she is loved.....Isabella does not let her forget it.......

Soteria205,
I do love cake with a cup of tea!
-
Ducky- several of my friend have twins. They have a very special bond like no other. Those girls are adorable!
Came home a bit early. Going for a walk to see what is blooming in the neighborhood this week, then to yoga this evening. Double work out. Time to get my body moving again....
-
Jazzy........your a trooper......can you pass some of that my way..........
Yes the girls are very close......I just hope and pray that one day Grayson will be able to sit and stand alone........we know it is not going to be easy, but she tries so hard.......she has aqua therapy, 2 days a week.........so this summer she can spend as many days as my grandaughter chooses to go to my shore home where she has her own pool to swim in...........this is her in my pool last summer....Grayson is on the right................with her Dad and Isabella......
