Thanks , Insomnia came back up, you gals are great with pics and caring for each other sassy
-
Sas- we have a nice group here. We like to have fun, support one another too!
Glad to hear Insomniacs is back and working. I dropped off as it is too busy for me. I am not able to check in every day on BCO with working and all, and when I do, I am many pages behind on that thread. I think it is a great thread for folks though. Just wanted you to know in case some of you don't see me there anymore.
-
Jazzy not sure if you saw our bus........check in at Goddesses ........I think 4 wants to drive.....we are taking turns........check the entertainment......lol.....but FK said we can be our own entertainment.....lol....

Happy Sunday, how is everybody, whatcha doing....
thanks so much guys, am hanging in there and Cammie I know you never know what it will bring, and I am on chemo until, forever...got a gc for the Red Lobster and am thinking about taking take out for dinner, boys are out, or lunch which ever...got stopped by the cops cause the car is out of inspection, been driving it for 1 1/2 years without inspection, don't have money to get it legal...whatever...I need a vacation also, can I come? Ducky I might take you up on it, am going down the sure next month to my cousins' house, am not supposed to go in the sun with the chemo....whatever.... -
The sun is out for me too because of the Letrozole, plus BP meds........I can get burnt in 15 minutes........tough to especially when you go to the beach..........no place to hide there......who the hell feels like sitting under and umbrella all day........not me.........I like to take the chair.....go down to the ocean's edge and just sit...........can't do that anymore............
Just walking from the street down the ramps and to the beach for your spot counts in the time your allowed in the sun..........so what good is it......cause you have the walk back too........its such bullshit
We don't open until Memorial Day or the weekend before.......and then nothing in June with all the crap that goes on, plus baseball............so July is really the true beginning.............we do scattered weekends in between, but that is last minute sometimes.........
People say "I would be down all summer" guess what......no fun alone......my kids all work........
-
love it!! -
Blondie.....have never been to Red Lobster......their TV ads look good.....my daughter went once and said it was good...........there is one right on Baltimore PIke......just have never gone there..........also was never asked to go........LOL
-
Jazzy, so, understand, I'm the same way. Insomnia's my home thread. But when I see something that may interest others, I pop on by
Like those knitted knockers LOL. Everyone take care

Hi hermits- got a nice swim in today at the gym. Felt good to be back in the water, and also did the hot tub and steam room. Allergies are bad this weekend, but the cold is mostly gone now.
Report from the garden- I see little beginnings of green around the returning plants like my salvia, seedums, russian sage, and mums. In the winter, the prickley pear and elephant ear cacti actually lay down on the earth. Each spring, the raise back up as the days warm and get longer. Some are already upright, some are coming up. I will say that is one of the most interesting things I see happen each spring. The weeping cherry should be out this week too.
Hope everyone enjoyed having some evening light. I know I did!

For my Wisconsin friends out there!
-
Jazzy....my asthma is acting up so I guess that means the allergies are starting here.....my daughter has trouble with trees........maple, oak, and 2 others........ugh
Sounds like you had a real energetic day.....good for you......
Nice here today.........chilly but still really nice........
Have a good night......
-
It was a very nice day here in Wisconsin. I went for a walk with my parents today and I could feel my fingers and toes the whole time.
