SPRING CHICKEN SONG
I'm a real spring chicken and I'm yellow and small,
My feathers are fluffy and they're keeping me warm.
My legs are not long, so I'm not very tall,
But I'm a real spring chicken and I'm having a ball,
I'm a chicken, I'm a chicken and I'm having a ball.50555_111790792168798_2719_n.jpg

Draft Hen House Threat Level Warning System: (Today's threat level is Low.....so far). Feel free to add recommendations for next update.
Low (Green): No known clucking threats. Feel free to walk around in your bacon bras & panties or princess dresses.
Guarded (Yellow): Static (chatter) detected from unknown source in tin hats. Assume look-out positions in the tree in the hen house. Lock the back front door. Close blackout curtains at all windows.
Caution (Orange): Stupid people spotted just outside the barnyard. Extinguish all asparagus smoking materials. Get dressed & put on "I'm with Stupid" T shirts. Gather eggs to throw.
Imminent Threat (Red): CURE GUY discovers hen house! Send out emergency call to Dog by singing Bad Boys song. Activate siren and inflatable rafts. Wake up the garlic. Evacuate immediately. Run for your clucking lives!

JanetInVirginia: Thank you so much for this!!! Cluck, cluck, bagoook!!!

I'll take back "Rotten Egg" if you'll apologize for "Dumb Cluck"!

Anyone know someone who always has it worse than you? As in, "You think breast cancer is bad, I once had a splinter that was so painful I thought I would die!"

Here I am for my morning dose of humour...oh..it's afternoon..oh well...
Sas-schatzi..good points about importance of accurate scientific testing etc. And yes, we live in a totally different environment than they did a 100 years ago.And do we really know if our ancestors herbal cures worked for cancer? Complimentary therapies can certainly work WITH scientifically based treatments to help fight cancer. And while I'm sure asparagus is actually good for us I would never count on it as a CURE...I think most of us here understand this...
Love all the comics!
