GOOD LUCK SANDY!!!
Night all
-
Hot Flashes??? Did you mention hot flashes, Linda? Well I'm no stranger to those. I just toss off my blankets a couple times each night. I might not snore, but I may toss and turn if I wake with hot flashes. We sound like sisters!!! hehehehe
There is a CSE or something like that big drug store right near Paris that has all kinds of things like fans, toiletries. And a walgreens nearby too.
-
check out the Oct thread for 3 of my climbing pix
-
Sandy - Not much time here, but my dh says great climbing pictures! Where do you live. He wants to move there! Good luck on your race.
Linda - I am so glad that you have made your decision. I find that is the hardest part! Best wishes!
Laura - You seem like you are feeling just a little better. I have been thinking of you.
As for me, I am 54, married, like a drink or two, and flip all night long in between hot flashes! And I don't think a belly button ring would look very good on me!

Take care ladies. Now we are back off to see the sites of Washington DC. The cherry blossums are beautiful, but the weather has been chilly and rainy. Ah well, it's warmer than home.
-
Oh Tracey...are you gonna have fun putting all us ladies in rooms!!!!
Any Fanilows.....My best friend Mike is his guitar player. I've warned him of our ta ta excursion in September. He still chuckles when I use the ta ta sisterhood term....but what else would I say

xxoo soooooo can't wait Kathie
-
Jean, I am feeling better, thank you. It is weird.. they told me I would be fine the first 3-4 weeks and bad the last.. well, I am starting my last two weeks and I am better than I was...???? I think I am just a backwards soul..:) How was your trip?
-
Ok, my turn. I am 55, non-smoker, light drinker, no tattoos or belly ring. My belly is too loose and wrinkly , so I don't wear bikinis. I need the loose saggy tummy covered. I am a fairly restless sleeper, but don't mind sharing a bed. I love to play the poker slots.
I am feeling tons better after my revision. It still looks better than before, but not a good as I would like. Oh, well -- I don't want any more revisions, so I guess I'll lower my standards. I have two sizes of fake nipples to see how they will look afterwards. The foobs definitely look better with nipples.

Oh, we have somewhat of a poll going here....I am a non-smoker, non-drinker [since BC], not a problem with those who do, would be happy being in a room with other women - like a DORM ROOM....will we EVER get sleep do you think?
-
I notice Whippetmom didn't post her age......I'm wonder why?
I'm not a bikini gal either?
-
OK, I'm going to revise my note -- if no one minds a restless sleeper, I'm in for the dorm-style accommodations!
Like Deb said, will we sleep much anyway?! -
Oh barbe, barbe, barbe....meowwwwww......LOL!!!!
You know, I almost went back and posted again - with just my age....but then I got distracted BECAUSE of my age....ha, ha, ha...and decided I needed to go check out my cleavage for the third time this morning. So I'm back...cleavage looks the same [I'm hoping that my divot will disappear and if I stare at it enough, it might happen.] Thanks for reminding me....
I am 58 years of age - I will be 59 years old at the time of the reunion. I may well be the oldest Ta Ta Sister at the reunion. But I am oh, so wise.

-
Oh, and if the cleavage does not improve, I'll be ordering this bathing suit for the trip...

-
Actually.. this might just work for me too... with the short TE.. I look good in cloths.. but retarded in a lower cut anything.... LOL... What site was that on Deb?
-
Deb....you are 58 with great cleavage. Push those babies up and out!!!!
xxoo
-
Deb you may be 58 but I think you look about my age which I FEEL like were both 35 : - )
-
Oh, so easy for YOU to say, hootchimama Kathie with your bazoombas and Mt. Whitney cleavage capabilities...
Laura....Miraclesuit has a very cute high neck swimsuit....[$126.00 at Nordies and Bloomies, but you can find it new on Ebay for $50.00 or so]....This is really cute and I am thinking of getting one for swim aerobics this summer. It would work just fine with expanders but you would need to remove the underwire probably...
-
Sandy....you are a sweetie!!! .....except when I saw your rock climbing pictures, the first thing that went through my head was:
HIP FRACTURE, HIP FRACTURE, HIP FRACTURE....
I'll bet that never crossed your mind. LOL!!!! I would have to wear hip helmets. I wonder if they make them?
-
My suit is two pieces with the little skirt thingy and the top is called a tankini I think. I went and cut out the foam booby-cups so it will lie as flat as me! Isn't anyone else going boobless?
-
We don't care if you are boobless... armless... or like me... ridiculously vertically challenged...:)... I am not sure if any of the gals going chose no re-con... I gave myself about 10 yrs.. if the implants give me years of trouble... I am DONE.... I do like the tankinis Barb!.. I will just have to look around.. I found one that might work for me this year ( I will have TE for a long time to come...).. Heck.. I really do not care.. I will where shorts and tube top if I have to...LOL...
-
Hip fracture... RRRRRRRROOOOOOOFLLLLOOOOLLLLLLL but so so so TRUE!
-
for me it was arm and knee fractures if you saw the bruises I got after that weekend
but it was so worth it : - )
-
LOL Deb...geographically challenged as well...had to look up where Mt Whitney was. They should make geographic check along with spell check!!!! I have a divot above my right boob near my armpit that's just now rearing it's concave head!!! This is where my PS said I may need a 2nd graft. But if I push them into their nice little cupped sports bra home, it disappears. I see PS Tues so will ask. I can just see the OMG Kathie look on his face...it's only been 2 weeks..hee hee. Again...I will say..I've seen your pics and they are beautiful!!
How about cool whip containers for hip helmets???? Wasn't it Sandy who introduced us to them..LOL
-
oh thanks for the giggle
if you gals want stronger posted her pix on the pix forum
I'm sure she would like some in put
I think she looks really good
opps I guess I should have saved this for exchange city
but I will leave it here if that's ok
-
I've been to Vegas at least 4 times and I've never worn a bathing suit! Not that I've gone naked, it's just that I've never sat around the pool. Sounds so nice, though.....
-
I agree with Barbe ~ I too have been to Vegas numerous times, only once did I sit by the pool. Too much to see & do for me to waste my time by the pool! But that's only my opionion - of course!
-
Oh, so now we're going to be comparing divets?? Well put me down for two---one on the top of each side. Hoping for some improvements with my revision on Apr 13th, but you just never know, do you??
TRACEY!!!!! Thoughts and prayers are with you tomorrow!!
-
Hey Ladies,
Thanks Sandy for getting the info on another hotel! YOU ROCK!!! I must admit that the location of Paris is ideal (near all the cool spots) and laying out by that beautiful pool would be fab!! But I am still shopping. I thought for that price Paris would be a low cost splurge.
WellI I shall continue looking and soon we will be booking before you know it!!!
Marylin, Thanks for the well wishes tomorrow. I am sooooooo ready to have these BRICKS removed!!!
HELLLLOOOOOOOO Vegas!!

-
Hey...I'll trade someone a right divot for a left one....LOL
-
Hey Kathie--- Now THAT's a deal. In the interest of total disclosure, I have to admit that neither of my two divets disappear in the sports bra. If only the fat graft works this time. That would be great. Anybody have any fat to donate???? JUST KIDDING, Sisters. hehehe I have plenty; no problems there.
And speaking of Cool Whip containers . . . I was eyeballing my cottage cheese container with new eyes . . . but decided it was too small for these WIDE BODIES I have.

-
I am claiming the "eldest" title: 63 years old. I am a smoker (but don't yell at me). Drinking does not bother me, usually have one or maybe 2, then switch to non alcoholic ones. I move around a lot when I sleep, so my own bed is best and I grind my teeth ( have a guard, but it often gets spit out in the middle of the night ).
