Jane~ I have provilgil that is Rx because I have a sleep disorder BUT oddly enough after my mastectomy I have seemed to be reset. I couldn't get out of the bed for anything before but now I see the sun and I try to get up. I always make myself go back to bed but I still have my meds.

No telling what the kids who drink all that caffeine do to their hearts loading up on it like they do.
-
all you dust bunnies, sleep tight.
-
Hi all!
Deb- I hope they go on to the boosts too (although I don't really know what that means!) if that is what you want. It sounds so painful. I can't believe they gave you another treatment.
Welcome home Jaimie! Good luck with your shoot tomorrow.
A bike ride sounds fun Linda! More fun than laundry!
Hugs and hellos to Shiny, Arnie, Coonie, Kathi, Mom, Jane, Nancy, and everybody else. Sorry if I didn't mention you by name. I'm going on total memory here and I have none.
I have never taken naps in my life before this chemo. Now that is all I do!!
Watching the Home run contest. I don't think it's ever going to end.
We are leaving Thursday for our long weekend at the coast. I cannot wait. I need this so badly!!!!
Love and hugs to all. I miss you ladies during my down times! I do read...just don't have the energy to post much.
-
I am mixed about caffeine.. back in the day... ALL my family drank 2 pots of black coffee a day.. they either lived to be 80 or are still alive....
So when my son hits starbucks daily to have his cup o joe... I am not worried.. I still drink 2 good cups of black coffee daily...

LMAO, KAK, you do great work! #32

Hi all, I clean my house when I can write my name on the furniture in the dust and then I use one of those swiffer dusters, one swipe and its gone. I would rather be on the computer or making crafts, or knitting, or hikiing, or playing with the animals. Ya'll get the picture. (except the bathroom, have to keep them clean or I go nuts)
I am kind of scared of those high caffeine drinks also because they do raise your pulse rate and your blood pressure.
Wish I could get in the mood to go through all my drawers and get organized. Keep on cleaning ladies. Goodnight and hugs to all.
-
spar, you're our kind of girl!!
mom!!! A thousand apologies for not offering you my headache busting neck massage sooner!! Anytime, girlfriend, and you know I want to get down to KY with my camera one of these days.
-
Good morning dust bunnies.
Jaimieh welcome back. Good luck with the photo session.
Deb I hope you don't get any more burnt than you already are and that you start to heal soon.
KAK great photo of #32!
Linda glad to hear you are having some decent weather at last.
Spar2 I do the writing my name in the dust thing too! It just amazes me how quickly it gets to that stage.
Mary it's great you have got a long weekend away to look forward to. By coincidence we are also going away on Thursday for a long weekend. We are heading for North Wales, also by the coast.
Yesterday I noticed my hair starting to come out, not huge amounts but definitely more than usual. Today if I grab a few hairs and pull gently they come out. So I am planning on going to the salon where I got my wigs and getting it all taken off. They offered to do it when the time came and now I just want to get it over.
Sorry to not even attempt to mention everyone by name. I love each and every one of you ladies. xoxoxoxo

Good morning bunnies!!! Hey Jayne! I saw your post and thought, wow she's up early, but remembered you're way ahead of us there. Hope your day is wondermous!! Hope the hair falling out isn't getting to you too bad. It does feel pretty yucky when you can just brush your fingers through and get a bunch of strands in your hand. It'll come back though. Just remember, it's only temporary.
Deb----I can't get you off my mind. Bless your heart. I HATE that you're having such a hard time with rads. I just can't imagine the pain you're feeling. Wish there was something I could suggest that would just take care of the problem, but I don't know ANYTHING about what you're going through. Just wish you were completely through with the things!!
Shiny---It's ALWAYS good to see your post girlie. You have got some energy!! Up past midnight. I haven't been up that late since I was dating my husband 30 years ago.......LOL Well, actually that's a little lie......I was up ALL NIGHT last month during that little tummy episode I had......all night and day for 7 days!! Give your wittle ones neck smooches for me.
Jaimieh...it's good to have you back girl!! Hope the picture shoot goes good. It sounds like a fun job. Of course, getting little ones to do what you want WHEN you want is something different. Good luck!
Estepp....girl I know what you're talking about with the coffee. My folks drank coffee (black) all day long and not just in the mornings. They would make a fresh pot at 4:00 in the afternoon sometimes. It's a wonder they EVER slept. I just have to have my 2 cups in the morning and I'm ready to go. More than that, I'm wired..........bouncing off the walls---shaking---yacking----well, it's a pretty pathetic sight.......LOL
MaryRose and Arnie....ya'll get all the rest you need and then some more. I think that's the main thing your body needs during all this treatment. Arnie, I'll be praying your numbers are up today. Mary, hope you have a good weekend on the coast. I bet it's scorching in your neck of the woods. We're gonna be at 101 degrees today.
KAK..I'll take a neck massage too
Since you're going to Kentucky to give Mom one, just drive on down a little further.
Welcome Spar....you'll fit right in with that dust writing you're doing:) That's what we like to hear!!! LOL So glad you could join us:)
Hope all of you have a wondermous day!!!!
((((((((((((((((((((((hugs to all in treatment))))))))))))

I was eyeballing my kitchen and dining room yesterday and felt a rush of something new. At first I couldnt identify it. The dishes were done and put away. The cupboards and tile washed and shiney. The counter bare of anything dirty. The floor was clean and gleamed. I figured out the rush - it was pride. THANK HEAVENS FOR HOUSEKEEPERS.
-
LOL Dream.......if you've got a housekeeper, PLEASE send her my way. I could sure use one for about a month! hehe
-
Mary, have fun at the coast! Don't you kust love long weekends!
Welcome Spar, I like your cleaning methods too! Altough you could just write in the dust and leave it there!
Good Morning!
