Good night my friends. DS is having his wisdom teeth removed tomorrow morning....hopefully!
-
Linda...good Luck to C tomorrow....I hope everything goes smoothly this time...don't forget the Valium
Ray....My girls had chicken Pox....Age 7 and the little sister was 4 at the time so...they celebrated their chicken Box 3 weeks apart......It was a very mild case.....They didn't have the vaccine in late 70's
I also had it at a young age......
Hugs to the baby....♥♥♥
Ray you are right this is our little corner to escape.......
-
AG was $4.99 here the other day. I passed.
DSs all got chicken pox within two weeks of each other. the older two had 150 or so pox, but DS3 had so many I used a sponge paint brush to get the calamine lotion on him. I lost count after 400. He was in diapers and had just had a major surgery. His little diaper area was a solid chicken pox, and the scar down his chest had them on the scar tissue as well. Needless to say they all had enough of a case that it is doubtful they will ever get them again. No vaccine back then. Or at least it was too new, I wouldn't go for it.
The GFs mom is moving out of state a in few weeks. I think that is best for the kids. She is the mother of eight and yet she is moving out of state to only be near her own sister. I hope she hasn't tainted her daughter. Her daughter seems normal. I don't have the phone number of this woman but if I did, I would call. The "kids" are coming for dinner Saturday and we plan on talking about this with them.
-
Joan........actually I'm the only sane one here...............ask anyone........
-
Yes, ask anyone, even the nice young men in theri clean white coats...
-
Ray, you certainly need an escape with this talk of the pox....maybe that's why your little guy was under the weather....if so, I hope it is mild.
Meece, I had 6 kids and cannot even come close your chipox story.
Ducky, I was sane when I got here -- I wonder what's happening now??Here's a beach for me....it has sand AND rocks (geology heaven)...
-
Off to Drs, hope it works this time! LOL on the dont forget the valium. No problem there!
I was so happy when my neighbors kids got the chicken poxs that I brought my kids over to play so they would get it. They didn't!! SO they had to get the vaccine before going to school. I would much rather them get the chicken poxs. Good luck with Jacob!!
-
Meece, so that's what that jacket was that wrapped around me, and tied in the back. Here I thought I was making a fashion statement. Lol
-
You may have been making that statement on the East Coast, but I am rocking it here on the West Coast, Ducky.
-
I took pictures of poor DS3 with all of his dots. He was so pitiful. I sewed socks over the sleeve openings on his footie pajamas to keep him from scratching the tops off.
-
Jamie and Kristie had the CP, Tommy probably did also, the twins didn't
Ducky....sane....well sure but if they ask, I won't lie....
Ray...so sorry about Jacob...
OMG Shiela love those pix I wanta go to the island, really, how do they get food there, cause I will have to eat...
Meece, glad you are having a discussion when they come to dinner, have you spoken with your son about it? I also took pix of Jamie with the spots, she is naked not sure she would appreciate it, lol
Granny hope all is well with DS...
Linda, wow hope DS is fine, George has to go to the dentist tomorrow about his root canals, he might have to have 2 of them....
Going to the drs. and chemo in a few, thought I would check in....going to be 60's today, wish I could enjoy it, but will be in chemo for what seems like forever....supposed to start at 1130 but, sit there waiting....am usually there til 430.....
Have a wonderful safe, warm day......

She ran so fast smoke came out her ass........had the whole family room to myself..........he flew too......14, but gullible........lol.

Dark weather....warmish maybe?????
Nothing to report............
-
DS is soooo out of it still. He started the day with valiums, then they gave him laughing gas, then the anesthia, now vicodens. The surgery went well but we had to stay an extra hour and a half because he wouldn't wake up. Got him in the wheel chair and through one of the front doors of the Drs office and then he puked. GROSS!! The they put him in my car and he puked 2 more times on the way home. Had to stop at Walgreens drive through to get his RX, It looked like a dead kid was sitting in the passengar seat. lol. He was unconsoius again with blood drooling out of his mouth and a bag of puke on his lap. FUN TIMES!! I need a (53) Margarita!!!
-
Sorry Linda.....Is it all finished now?...hugs to you and your son...If he hears HUGS he might puck again.......I can imagine the pain....
Ray....I love the way you call it a GRACEFUL FALL....LOL
Don't worry about the house.....Who cares.....Picture is beautiful......
Hugs to Little Jacob....♥♥♥
-
Thanks! If I hugged him he'd puke....lol! Love teenagers! He is still passed out on the couch, ,oaning every now and then. Drugs are knocking him for a loop!
WHat picture did I miss? Pic of Jacob?
-
Having a very mild anxiety attack...which I took action by taking half of the pill.......
I think you can call me stupid........I don't know why...I called Hawaii's Prudental..just to ask if there was any change on the waiting list......The girl said they can't give that info because the management has all the information........stupid me...started to think that they never got it or got lost or it was thrown out because i'm from NY..........
I know..i'm a complete nut case..If I was sure that Management had my application I would rest.........Now I have a bad feeling that my move will never happen.........
I know there are real issues to worry......
-
Can C check for you??
-
C called left a message long time ago...but they never returned the call........
I just want them to know who I am.......
I have a confirmation card which was sent out on August 30th, 2012.....that i was on the list and it might or will take 3 years....I'm fine with that..........I'm not expecting any news just to know that my file exist in their office
Ray....Yes I have the MGM phone #.....months ago I called and left a message but no return phone call.........
Since i won't be going there this year can't even introduce myself.....
C is coming for her sisters wedding in June and will be staying about 3 weeks
So sorry for ranting....it's not even a rant...........
i'm afraid Oahu-Hawaii won't be where I spent the rest of my life
THE END
-
Oh it will!! You have to have faith!! Sounds like political BS they are making you go thru to get into housing! Try emailing them??
-
Chicken is boiling...i threw some carrots...parsnip and a sweet potato.......
i didn't even slice anything...It's just me..... who cares....
Linda...Ray posted a nice picture...on the previous page...
I gave a bell when N had her wisdom tooth pulled because she couldn't even speak....made every color of jello......It was a long recovery.........
-
Thanks Linda....but i know there is up to a 3 year wait list......It's on their (HAWAII GOV website)
It's not a low income housing...just that if your income is very low which i automatically qualified...they have like 10 units in a 80 units that the rent is much lower......if i could paid the next level rent probably I will get in sooner......but that's not the case
