Thinking Out Loud.....

am still here and went to dinner with my girls and dil and friend of daughters, still haven't slept will be up 24 hours in an hour and not even tired...
sorry Ray, I could have stayed up with him all night....
yea Linda 1 root canal, now he has to wait for preauthorization from the insurance com 4 - 6 weeks...so if it hurts or swells they will give him antibiotics...
going out again tomorrow, hope I sleep tonight soon....thank you for listening and being there...I know I am annoying.
Sandy

4-6 weeks? omg - why do they make people wait so long when they are in pain?
So sorry about sick babies and sick and hurt mommies and sleepless nights and post-surgical sons, and frozen pipes...so much has been going on I can't remember it all.
That wind was wicked last night. Scary.
DD vomited after she had her wisdom teeth out - but she was more awake at that point and it HURT to have to open her mouth that much to vomit. I hope your son was too doped up when he was sick to feel it hurt like that. I guess I was lucky - it didn't make me sick. Come to think of it - DH vomited after he had his wisdom teeth out - but I thought that was because the guy poked a hole in his sinus and had to fix it - making it take a lot longer than with mine - and maybe caused more blood to be swallowed which made him sick. DH had one of his wisdom teeth fused to one of his molars that never came in - made his surgery more complicated.
Don't know what to make of my mother. In some ways she is getting better, but in some ways, she isn't... I'm so afraid she is going to have lasting damage from this whole ordeal. It's exhausting.
((((((((TOL)))))))))
-
Chris - so glad to hear from you. The situation with your mom has got to be exhausting and confusing. Take care of yourself.
Joan - good for you to get a night off. My MO likes to chat as long as I don't expect direct answers to my questions
Sheila - I dreamed of you in Hawaii last night. Not really
But I can envision it and it will happen soon.
Sandy - I truly hope you sleep tonight. And we are here to "hear" you.
Valjean? Are you our new missing person? I lost my favorites and couldn't log in until tonight because somehow I got logged out and didn't remember my password.
In fact, I can't remember what is on the previous page which drives me crazy.
Hope Jacob is doing well - must of sucked to go to work.
Linda - day 3 is usually the worst. Hope it's not true for DS.
Meece - good thing that girl knows her mom can be problematic.
Deb, Ducky, and Granny - greetings.
I should go to bed even though it's only 8:45. Last worker just left and they'll be back at 7:45 a.m. We are now doing the roof and the upstairs and the main floor guest bath. What was I thinking? Everything is such a mess.
If I'm extra crabby next week, it's because DS is moving to CA next week. I will miss that little girl so very much. She started walking today. Truth is, I choke back a lot of tears and upset about this and that's probably not good for me. DIL is still very cold and rude to me. I have really tried to show her love and 5 years later, I have given up. I only show cordial now.

Diane...i see you found your way in.....Your post brought tears to my eyes.....Cutie Pie is walking....I can imagine how emotional you must be......♥

Diane....You can call me any day after 11:30 am.......

Diane, I am so sad that your DS & GrD are moving next week. Geez, the time passed so quickly (it seems) since you told us of their decision to move. My sweet grandbabies (still call them that even though their ages are 6 (Mar 1) & 4.5) are seven hours away by car ~ I see them five times a year on average. That is certainly not enough for me, but with the cost of gas & such, we spend enough.
Gas here went from $3.42 to $3.79 in only 4 friggin' days!! What gives?!? (guess it's that time of the year to switch from home heating oil to gasoline even tho it seems a bit early for this process to start. And, I heard there is a refinnery fire in OH.) What gets me is it never drops as quickly as it goes up!
(sorry for that rant!) MI is always so darn high when it comes to gas prices & it sucks! Just Thinking Out Loud here!
Sandy, I really hope you are sleeping.......... sleeeeeping........... or naping.... or dozing...... Are you? But I guess if you were, you wouldn't be reading this. Lol
Nice to see you Chris!
I wasn't even going to come to bco tonight, I have a terrible headache....
ducky, Sheila, Linda (I found myself!), Meecie, Ray, Joan, Deb ~ Hey, gals!

Okay, I have to go to bed.

I have a big favor to ask

Would you vote for him.....

Look for 3 Legged dogs or something in that nature....You cant miss it
Thank You
-

I'm so awake
Thanks for the young lady comment......It sounds nice........
-

Hope you selpt!
Nice to see you back DIane!!
Gas prics are soaring here too. Stinks.
Gotta head to the gym now, before the patient wakes up!

Yes I did sleep from 1am til 630am...will get more tonight. Michael wants GD that is 10 months old to come for tomorrow while DD works, she works 10 -2 and she will be taking a nap so we will have fun...
Sandy
-
There are two twin beds in the guestroom, so if Sandy doesn't mind a room mate, there is still space.
-
Meece....I arrived to CA...Can you please pick me up from the airport?
Joan...I was LOL about your MO....forgot to mention it.....Isn't it sad that writing is more important to them than making eye contact.....
Linda...are you home from the gym/
Ray.....What are the future plans for another job if there is any.......You can always move to you know where...I will love your little boy and help you........Here we go I started dreaming again.....
I don't like reminders...but so many of us are living far away from our loved ones.......
It's cold and darkish just saying..........
I love my friends here....Hugs......♥♥
((((TOL))))
-
I am!
Now, Meece, that wasn't very nice of you. Could I sleep on the floor?
Glad you slept Sandy.
-
Still waiting for Meece....
Going to eat something....
Later..........
-
Hugs to all of you who think about me even for 1 second. What would I do without you all.....
For the ladies who have their babies far away...don't think "living close" means lots of company.....it doesn't......it just means when they decide to visit the trip to and from isn't that hard for them......it does not mean they beat your door down every week. Even more insulting is now with texting, the phone calls are few and far between too......oh well "shit happens" -
Ducky....I really don't need company daily basis even if they were here.....
The distance is almost 5000 miles.....I can't just jump to a plane and visit......
Each visit requires planning......
I was more concern having GC one day and not to be able to watch them grow up..........
lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalal.......
I went upstairs to my friend to have a cup of tea....then I stayed for dinner.....so no cooking for me tonight...............
♥
-
Ducky think about you all the time...and I would add, only bother with you when they want or need something, they come to your house and never leave empty handed, which is either by you giving them stuff OR them just borrowing it...
love that Shiela at least you got out of the house...what was for dinner....
sure I will share anything with you guys but not getting on the floor, Linda is younger and she goes to to gym, she can get off the floor, how is DS Linda?
actually slept more, was supposed to go out and didn't fell asleep at noon until 3....other people on other sites have made suggestions, have to talk to the dr. this happens every night of the day I get chemo...it is wearing me down, have to find out what the steroids are for....
Sandy - 625pm
Happy weekend for those who care, lol!!
-
Had Pizza
-

Sandy
-
It was plain...thick crust,,,,
Macy's sent me more coupons.....
I'm sooooo cold....we have heat but it feels like only 70....GRRRRR...I want hot flashes in winter.......
-
I want a white pizza!!
DS is fine, annoying really, so I know he's fine. He is just REALLY SWOLLEN. Looks like a chipmunk!
-
Linda...Can he speak or sign language?
-
He can speak and he does use sign language!
-
I put, what I think, is a really cool 'cancer video on FB. I NEVER do this! Don't like to talk about it there but thought this video may open some eyes of non cancer patients. Hope you like it!
-
Went to the grocery store this afternoon and slipped on what I guess was a slick entry and went completely down. Embarassing, but now I am really sore. I had no idea I was falling so I barely broke my fall with my right hand. My left shoulder and left hip (the one with severe bursitis) took the brunt of the fall. As far as I know I just have a large bruise on my forearm. Good thing I am padded. I also shopped with a lovely black print of the "non skid" pavement I fell on, down my left shoulder and arm. I had no idea it was there til I got in the car. I sure feel stupid...and sore!
-
Did it work Ray??
-
Cure things little ones say...
DS's GF's 6 year old when she introduced herself (Kaylie) to my mother and my mother called her the wrong name (Kylie().
"My name is Kaylie but if you want, you can call me Kylie!"
-
How cute!!
-
Meece....That's why you couldn't pick me up from the airport/
Are you sitting on ice?.....That's painful and i'm sorry....hugs
Linda...It was cute I just watched it......
