I want DQ!!! I better not be pregnant! GAWD, can you imagine having a baby in your 40's? My MIL did......so don't want to do that!
-
The way I've been eating lately, you'd think I was pregnant. (I'm NOT)
Williams Sonoma gravy base, eh?
-
Hope that link works - you add milk or cream. I also add some drippings and either port or sherry. For 7.99, it is worth it and I think they still have free shipping right now - I ordered mine today.
-
I want a DQ too!!! Butterfinger, please! A large!
I have to say, I make good gravy. It's a must for smashed potatoes!!
-
Checking in after 3 days of non-stop work and dealing with a cold or some darned vague thing...
anyway, thanks for all the laughs...gotta go back and read again when i'm not delirious.
nite...
Joan
-
I hope you feel better soon, Joan!
-
Oh, Joan, so sorry you are under the weather.
I cannot imagine being pregnant or raising a baby at this age. It is so fun to have Patch here, but it is a lot of work.
I can make gravy, just not real fond of it, so not sure if it tastes good or not.
Picked up DS at the airport last night and got home around 10:30 pm. The activiyt now speeds up!
-
That's the way I feel about coffee - I don't like it so when I make it, I have no idea if it's any good. That's why I let (make?) DH make it whenever possible. He drinks it, so he can tell if it's okay.
Hope all the wedding preparations go smoothly, Meece!

Phone interview tomorrow (a first interview). I'm scared.
Migraine today. Took Excedrin migraine - worked a little, but then came back. Took a sumatriptan (imitrex) - didn't work. Took another. I think it is working, but now the rest of me feels weird. Blech.
Speaking of feeling like crap...how are you feeling Deb and Sandy? I hope you both are on the mend.
Now I need to go shopping for shirts...never did go...
-
chris...good luck tomorrow
{{{{{{{♥TOL♥}}}}}}}
-
I hate coffee and gravy. I can make both but agree, who knows if its really good? DH says it is, but who knows!
Soccer tonight at 9...yes 9. I'm so freaking tired. Left the house this morning at 6:50 and now this! I hope he scores a few goals!
Feel better Joan.
Yay Meece!!!
Good luck tomorrow Chris!
-
I soooo do not envy you your soccer schedule. Good luck to DS!
-
I'm fine now thanks.
I should not complain after knowing what some of my BC sisters are going through.
-
Happy interview tomorrow - at least you don't have to look good
-
Good luck Chris..

Shiela you changed something....you name of something.
-
Hi Sandy....Yes I put a heart symbol next to my name......
They were never able to get blood back from my port.....but the DR said it was OK.......
Once there was a new nurse and she refused to use the port and I got it through my arm.....
Deb....Are you feeling OK?
Diane...Nice to see you my friend...I missed you.......
Linda I hope the soccer game is indoors.....
-
Soccer was indoors....for the winter seasons. They tied, it was a good game but tiring.
Told work I need to do 2 days a week starting in Dec. It's just to boring for me.
How did it go Chris???
I can't see the heart Sheila.
Take it easy Sandy, sorry yesterday sucked!
-
Someone needs glasses to see my heart...........
It doesn't appear under my avatar picture...
don't know why.....But my name has a heart at the end for all my postings...
It' another decent day......MH is playing with me.....I can't go there......Anxiety levels are rising......
thank You for being my friends♥♥♥
-
Think happy thoughts, Sheila - you know like puppies and kitties and such...
or Snoopy dancing
Here's a hug - hope you feel better
-
Linda -Sorry your job is boring. Extra money must be nice. My call is at 2:30. I'm scared. I'm scatterbrained so I tend to be a blithering idiot. My certification test score would indicate that I'm not stupid, but talking to me...not sure what impression they'll get.
Sorry about the port, Sandy.
-
You'll do fine Chris!!!
I see the heart now, just had to get my bifocals on. lol
-
Ha - no, I suck at interviews. I don't think I gave good answers - especially the one about what I could improve about myself... I should have said I could improve my interviewing skills. Oh well. They will call before the holiday to let me know whether they are interested in an in-person interview.
-
chris...i'm very proud of you...You took your first step...of course you were nervous...most people are on their interviews......please stop putting yourself down....the right job will show up........hugs♥
Thanks for cheering me up...I don't know what's wrong with me?????? Slapping mood 100% with no reason......everybod's on my last nerve.....Sorry for the complaint
-
Complain away - that's what we're here for. Sometimes little things accumulate over time and it is just one more small thing that sets us off.
-
I'm proud of you too Chris!! I know what it feels like to be out of the workforce for so long and then try to get back in. If my BIL didn't offer me a job, I wouldn't have one!
SLap away Sheila!!!!!!!!! SLAP SLAP SLAP!!!
-
I'm fine now, I had a bought with some vertigo Saturday, made me barf when I moved my head. It lasted about 8 hours then just like a switch was put on, I felt good.
-
Weird how it can go away so fast. Glad you are all better!
-
