Thinking Out Loud.....

They announce those things in my hometown in MA as well but not here. Chris, this for me, ws just another good reason not to exercise
-
So, I read another story on the crash. Apparently he was angry about a basketball game he had been playing in at the park and went speeding away - lost control of his car and crashed into the house. It also said that he caused 2 other crashes before this one - not sure if that means on the way to this crash or in other incidents before this one. this guy has a serious problem. It's a miracle no one (besides him) got hurt.
I used to get nervous when I would take my kids out in the stroller - imagining a car losing control and coming up on the sidewalk where I was. I wondered if I would be able to get us out of the way in time. Or if I would even see it coming. Scary.
Yeah, so between dogs jumping on you and cars crashing into houses, exercise is dangerous. Best to just stay home and eat ice cream.

Good Morning......No incidents in my home town........
Very hot and humid and I have plans for a KFC eat out one of the park here.
I hope it will be cancelled but so far didn't here anything yet....i love picnics but today is not the day.
We also had a 90 second segment what they called "Good News"...it disappeared
Sandy posted on FB......♥
-
Hope you are feeling better Sandy.
I agree with Diane, exercise is dangerous! What an idiot!
-
welcome home Linda...
Well about KFC picnic.....my friend called because of the weather she wants me to go to the house...OMG in the house and sit with RPOC and choke on my food......he bought roasted chicken from Costco......instead of KFC that cheap &^*&^&*&%^
i had to come out with a very strong white lie.....which half of it was true......i had a bad toothache when i was away and twas taking Advil....came home it got little better so i didn't call the dentist...it's on and off.....I used that as an excuse that today was very painful.......
I hope God will forgive me...she is the last person I even want to say awhite lie........
Linda...Please take care of the situation it's time for him to go back where he was before..Thanks
-
Awww - sorry he ruined your dinner.
Did you have fun at Chappy, Linda?
I cannot deal with laptops... flat keys -my hands are always in the wrong place and I start typing in code and don't coordinate my keystrokes and miss capital letters... and lean my hands on the mouse pad making all sorts of weird things happen... You'd think by now, I could type.
-
Pouring some more bleach and closing the lid. Anyone want anybody else locked up??
Of course she will forgive you!
Chappy was great, kids went to the lake my parents live on too. They prefer the lake. lol. CRAZY!
Same thing happens to me Diane. None of my other laptops did, but this Toshiba Sattelite has me doing some pretty frustrating things!
-
Ducky, Sandy - how are you doing? (((((HUGS)))))
((((((TOL))))))
-
Ugh - sold all my lovely but oversized outdoor furniture for something smaller which arrived today. Every single piece was damaged. I refused it. Empty porch unless I reneg on my sale to one of the neighbors - hmm, should I? I'm tempted but feel kinda bad.
-
Hmmmm, thats a tough one Diane. You have to decide!
Heading to NH tomorrow morning. I have poured extra bleach into the tank to take care of those while I am gone. I will have limited access to the internet. I hope you all have a wonderful week!
-
thanks guys, went for fluids today, they said it was good i did blood pressure was low.....trying to stay together for as long as i can....boys went to sons for the weekend glad for that I guess but if get sick then actually am alone in the house. the good thing is i am off next week and taking the next week off....have to go to the drs. will tell him...hoping this time won't be like the last 2, 5 days in bed and dehydration is nothing i want to deal with again...weight loss that is fine, lol....

Sandy
-
(((Sandy))) So sorry your feeling so sick. Do you have a friend in the area that can check on you and help you out?
-
my daughter will check and my son lives 10 min away, dil can check but doesn't call or check, just says let me know if you need anything...don't usually ask anybody, have to change that....thanks
-
Yes, please change that! Let others know you need help, or just some company. I wish I could cook you dinner and take you to dairy queen! ♥
-
thanks Linda...went to DQ not tasting really changes everything....
-
I hope you get your taste buds back soon and can really taste the DQ. I'll be thinking of you while I'm away Sandy. Hang in there.
-
Sandy...i wish we lived close....i would make you a chicken soup and after we would go to DQ or whatever your heart desires.
i care so good we heard from you...sorry about feeling so sick....hopefully next week will be a better one
♥♥♥♥♥
-
Linda....Happy going away
Happy Sept 5th
thanks for taking care of the problem for me
Hugs♥
-
Have a great time in NH, Linda!
Sorry about the furniture, Diane. Maybe if you just mention what happened they will offer to let you out of your offer to sell what you had and you won't have to ask. You can't buy anything anymore - either it's damaged or doesn't work right or lasts five minutes and breaks.
Sandy - sorry you are feeling so lousy - hope it isn't as bad as last time. I hope they can all coordinate their efforts to make sure you are okay. Don't be afraid to let them know what you need. ((((((Sandy)))))) ♥
((((((Sheila))))))
-
Sending alot of hugs and kind thoughts to all the
wonderful people here, I am praying for you all and
hope you know how each of you are so special and caring.
-
((((((Foots!))))) ♥
-
Aw Sandy - I also wish I could be on hand to keep you hydrated and give you hugs. I hope it gets easier to ask others to help - I'm stubborn that way so I understand.
Chris - I saw the neighbor and she asked why they took my new furniture away. I told her and she said that she doesn't really like the stuff I have that much either
but that since the deal was good, she decided to do it. But, she said, that if she could get something she liked more in a year she would have gotten rid of mine anyway. It is really good furniture, but I am not a big heavy Italian furniture kind of girl. Oh, I wish I were just a girl again
Linda - have a wonderful trip and thanks for the extra bleach to keep my builder in agony. I hope he's still down there.
Deb - you must be getting ready or already at the wedding. I hope it's fantastic.
Sheila - you are so productive, you make me feel guilty sometimes
Meece - how exciting to be getting another little one. Congratulations!
Chabba - it's cold tonight - what's with that? Can't we just have a few more weeks of the warmth....
I hope you are all doing well, that Sandy feels better very soon, and that a wonderful weekend is ahead for all.
-
Sandy, hope you get to feeling better, and can maintain that feeling. ASK FOR HELP! (Look at me yelling, it means I am serious!) I am stubborn as wel, but this is a serious need you have.
I am sewing today...and probably tomorrow. FDIL is coming over to help, but I am putting her to work doing the stuff around the house that is being neglected while I sew for her. Mother is coming over to help, so we should get something accoplished.
-
Diane.....is she returning the furniture?
Deb...the big day....CONGRATULATIONS...♥
Foots thanks for your blessings and kind words♥
Chris...Forgot to congratulate your DD...those are the moments that us mothers we forget everything else happening in our lives.....like the mess they live behind
((((((((((((((((((♥Sandy♥)))))))))))))))))
-
I wonder, with the time change, if the wedding is over by now? Then Deb can exhale.
-
i think the time difference is 5 hours...it must be 3:06 pm there.
Soon it will be your turn....♥
Meece I admire your talent.....are you actually sewing for the big day/
Hugs from NY......
-
Yep, at this point three bridesmaid dresses and a jacket for the bride. Twelve weeks left, and I want to get the sewing done so I can enjoy the time before the wedding when family comes. Can't hold Patch and sew at the same time.
Going to have the girls get the Shower invitations out today... Not easy being the MOG when the MOB doesn't get involved.
-
You're funny....LOL
As long as they are happy......
Time for my coffee...It was fun connecting with you Meece......♥
see you later....
-
Oooo - it is (was?) wedding day! Hope everything is going (went) smoothly and wonderfully!
Yes Meece - very admirable that you can sew dresses for weddings. I can barely sew buttons... Hope you have a nice time together and have a very productive day. Wedding preparations - so exciting.
Ha - ha, Sheila - I have been so excited checking the band FB page for pictures and waiting for text messages that I haven't thought that much about her room all week! But she'll be coming home tomorrow and classes start Monday... I had been hoping her room would be in order so she could start the year on an organized note (ha ha - get it - note? band? ha ha) but it is so much of a mess, I don't think she'll be able to clean it. And the first football game is Thursday and the Preview show is Saturday. School is starting off fast and furious.
((((((Sandy)))))) ((((((TOL)))))))
-
Fun actually being on line at the same time as you, Sheila! DH is sleeping soundly so I decided to stay in bed and catch up around here.
But, alas, all good things must come to an end, and since the first bridesmaid is due to arrive at 8, I should get up, shower and dress before she comes.
Have a great day, everyone!
