Thinking Out Loud.....
Comments
-
I became an early riser lately
good morning
Diane...that will be nice and quick...keep us updated........
-
I was wondering why you were up so early.
-
I'm really having sleep problems...hardly sleep for few nights then I get about 2 normal nights
Me hate this....Thinking too much even before coffee.......
-
Me too. I hate it too. I pretty much lay in bed and try to sleep, but end up thinking about all the things I have to do the next day. Anxiety sucks. I am heading out for a nice long walk soon, before it gets crazy hot.
-
I have been so tired the past couple of mornings it has been tough to open my eyes, then on the weekends, I can sleep past 4 am. What's with that? It would be good tomorrow as we have to leave the house at 4:30 am. But I long for the days when I could sleep from 11-7.
-
I think most women have problems sleeping. It stinks!
-
Good luck today Sandy. Get those fluids!! Does DQ count as fluids??
-
Of course it does...the base is milk
Had breakfast
This is the first time I went to SC Center around the corner......if you are 60+ they are giving $20 worth Farmers Market vouchers.....and i'm taking advantage of it......some of my friends are proud.....
Me no care......AC is on it looks like a torturous day and Macy's is having a one day sale....not that I need anything but............
(((Sandy)))
lalalalalalalalalalalalala
-
Meece - maybe an eye mask to keep the light from waking you up?
Good for you, Sheila - use those vouchers and get all the yummy, healthy fruits and veggies you can!
Hope you got your walk in before the heat, Linda.
I've been a little dizzy lately (when I look up or down)- maybe I'm dehydrated and need some DQ fluids...
Keep cool, Ladies! ((((((TOL))))))
-
Good for you Sheila! Now take the 20.00 you saved at the farmers market and go to Macys!
Hydrate Chris! All the running you do dehydrates you. You need to meet Sandy at DQ!
-
Hope you made it to Macy's, Sheila.
I was hoping the couple pounds I lost was fat - not water. I do sweat A LOT. But then I drink a lot when I get back. As I tell my DD... F=ma It takes a lot of force to move this mass. I generate a lot of heat in the process... (Force = mass times acceleration)
We all need to go to DQ!
Wish I could bring you some DQ, Sandy.
((((((TOL))))))
-
Me too! And I like your theory!
-
I wanted a Carvel so bad tonight....We don't have DQ in NY...do we?
Macy's one day sale is actually tomorrow today was the preview day whatever that means.......
Maybe i just take off and disappear.....
i was so bad tonight...made 2 big liverwurst sandwiches and washed down with sam.....
It's thundering politely and raining.......
OMG I'm becoming such a boring person......i don't know what to write......I sing for you
lalalalalalalaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Have a safe trip Deb....Take deep breaths♥

Almost all packed, we all are going to be picked up here at 4pm and our flight leaves at 7:10pm and we arrive at Heathrow at 6:00am. Rebekah is here and flying with us. We have a full itinerary the she planned out, I have to go to the bank to see how much cash I can get out otherwise it's "CHARGE IT".
I will keep in touch as much as I can through Rebekah's fancy phone that gets on the internet.
Thank you for the safe trip wishes, I don't like flying but I do have Lorazepam for night and Alprazolam (Xanax) during the day that will probably help.
-
Congratulations Deb - off to your daughters wedding, flying to London, done with the nasty pills - so much to be thankful for. Hope those shoes stretch out enough.
Sheila - preview sale is the day before the sale but it means you can go buy stuff on that day before everyone else does.
Chris - could you please put in some extra miles for me, I am consumed with home sale stuff
Linda - lalalalalala - a song just for you.
Meece - have a safe and fun road trip
Sandy - how are you doing? maybe a little update?
Chabba - I will not join those in Seattle complaining about the heat, I swear
Can't go to the cabin because of the fire.
The Taylor Bridge fire on the news is about 7 miles east of our cabin but so far, wind is blowing it the other way. Fingers crossed. A friend told me not to come up because the smoke smell is so intense.
-
Rain, if the heat does get you down you could always come to the beach. Afraid I don't have a spare room for guests but unless there is a major event going on a room can generly be found.
-
Good Morning......
finally it's a nice day airing the house......slept good......coffee was good...thinking to cook all my veggies and be productive or go to a park and watch the ocean.......
Thank You for being my friends ♥♥
-
Hope they contain that fire soon!
Have a wonderful time, Deb! So excited for you.
I'll try to exercise extra for you, Diane.
I just looked up the calories for some of the foods I like to get out - like D'Angelo's steak and cheese sub and the stuff I like at DQ. OMG so many calories! No wonder I can't lose weight. Of course, now I'm starving after looking up all that food!
-
Did you say cheesesteak? You can't imagine how much I miss a good cheesesteak. First thing I get when I come east.....reviewing an offer on my house this afternoon. It's not on the market yet but the neighbor actually wrote an offer and I will see it with my agent.
-
Hope the offer is what you're looking for.
I don't know how D'Angelo's steak and cheese compares to real Philly cheesesteak, but I like it. Yummy.
I'm not hungry anymore. All this talk of DQ hydration made me go to DQ. Now I'm full. I hope I can control myself at dinnertime and eat something small - like salad or something healthy... Anybody got any self control I can borrow?
Trying to decide whether I should do the elliptical or try to get a run in later before the storms they say we might have tonight. Last night I had to cut my run short because I saw lightning. No thunder - just lightning -so it was far away. Then I did the elliptical - I haven't done the elliptical in a while - only been running. I'm so out of shape, despite all the running, the elliptical was so hard. I had to keep stopping - every 50 calories, I'd stop. Did only 150 calories. So sad. Will I ever have any energy again? I need a nap just thinking about it.
-
The eliptical is hard!! I hate it! Good for you for doing that AND running!
I ate potato chips and drank this weekend. lol. It's only about 75 here so I made a double loaf of banana bread, pop pvers, brushetta and am baking acorn squash now. Carmalized onions are next to go with the tenderloin for the grill later. I need to exercise but Captain Morgan just knocked on my door and I let him in. Hummmmm, I will do better on Monday. I have to because we are heading to NH on the 25th until labor day. No exercise there, I think Captain Morgan lives there.
-
Hi Ladies........something happened to my computer, and I could not post........I could read everything but when I replied and hit submit my post would not show................I have no idea what the hell I just did but guess what I got it to work..............guess I'm not as dumb as everyone thinks.........sorry I'm in a shitty mood right now and could sit down and have a good cry................God I hate life...............................won't even get into what its all about cause no one would give a shit anyway.................hugs..........I'm home from the shore and even that ended up a "bust"..........really feeling down thank heavens I was able to get back to my best friends..........love you gals.
Sandy.............so sorry your sick.............my prayers will be for only you tonght..........hugs and love.
-
We care, Ducky. What's wrong???
-
Of course we care, Ducky. And if you feel like crying - maybe a good cry is in order. Crying is very cleansing. Sometimes it helps to cry it out.
You can tell us what's wrong - I read somewhere, "A problem shared is a problem halved." (((((((Ducky)))))))
I'm heading out for a "run." Should have gone out earlier - now it's dark... I'll check back in when I get back.
-
Love you ducky. I worry about you too.
-
Ducky....We love you and we are more than willing to listen..What's bothering you my friend
(((HUGS♥)))
Duckyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come out
