How R U feeling Sandy, got that gallbladder out?
FSIL feels just great now that he had his out and the stones out also thanks to the good ole USA hospitals. He had the stones removed as an out patient at Lahey clinic in Burlington MA.
-
WhooHoo, Sheila! That is so exciting! You must be running around in circles with excitement.
That is great about FSIL, Deb.
130+ days here, but there is so much to help plan. FDIL was here yesterday to work out, and we talked about wedding things for a couple hours. You just can't write all the plans down while you are doing upper body work out stuff! She's coming over tomorrow to help me organize my sewing room. (Alterior motive is that she'd like me to sew the bridesmaids' dresses).
-
So exciting - all these weddings.
Hope you had fun today, Sandy!

Hi to my dear ladies................what an uplift........I came home last night about 8 from the shore, and there was my wonderful friends all wishing me well, and trying hard to find a solution for my "letrozole" situation............your ladies are fantastic...........
The shore was wondeful........had so much fun with my daughter and 2 grandchildren......several wicked storms, but we laughed at the fact we were up one night at 5am (storm), and another night at 1am.............thought the roof was going to come off the house...............never been so scared of a storm in my life......lightning lit up teh bedroom (we were all in the same room lol), and the wind was horrendous.....................on a lighter note, the pool temperature when we left yesterday was 92 degrees...........my daughter said "good heavens, my shower this morning was cooler then this water..........but it was nice just to relax in the comfort of warm water...........
Had a horrible time trying to do other things............walk, play miniture golf, and "in general" things..........the pains in my legs and feet are getting so much worse........................the swelling is horrible, and never goes away................
Last night the pain was so bad in my legs it woke me up, and honestly I can say this probably the first time it has made me "cry"...........I can't do this anymore..............my QOL, has been destroyed by this medication, and it just is not worth it...................for the "lousy" %'s they give me I am seriously going to stop it................I just hope permanent damage has not been done.................I was in pure "agony" while trying to keep up with the "fun" of doing things with my family....................it is just not worth it............I have a grandson getting married in Chicago next April..........we have to travel since it is the "brides town",...................I know in my heart if I continue this medication, and the SE's remain, I will not be able to participate in his wedding..........................Oh YES, I will be able to go, but doing anything that requires "walking or standing" will be short of impossible..............
So I will have this discussion with my MO next visit.
Side note.................someone on another site mentioned "Krill Oil" for the SE's of aches and pains with Femara.......not sure about that, but its worth one last try........will get it today at BJ's..........
Sorry ladies for whining, and moaning , but on a happier note........................what a wondeful time I had with my daughter and the kids.........................another daughter came down on the 4th and stayed too, which was even more fun.......................God is good........................however, I said to the girls.....................If God is testing me, I am failing miserably"................
How about the ones who say "stop reading the insert in the Pharma boxes,", and yo won't "think" you have them...............THIS PAIN IS FUCKING REAL..............THE ELEPHANT LEGS AND FEET ARE REAL...........stop making me feel like I'm the "nut case".....................sorry ladies..........guess I need more sleep...........hugs, and love you all.
