am here 1234pm......damn linda can i be your kid, lol!!
-
My butt is so sore from my "run"/walk on Saturday. Funny how it hurts so much 2 days later... Last night I hurt my shoulder pulling my sweats up after using the bathroom. What is wrong with me?! I'm fragile.
-
I'd much rather you be my sister, Sandy!
It's age Chris.....sucks!
-
oh ok Linda that works...I don't have one of them...
it is 748pm...waiting for dancing with the stars!!
Dr.'s tomorrow!!
How is everybody?
-
Hope everything goes well for you Sandy.
-
I don't have any sisters or brothers
Sandy...good luck tomorrow. ♥
♥
-
You can both be my sister, and mybrother. I have 3 'real' sisters and one brother. I need more!
-
Went to visit my Dad, he would not stay awake so I left. I think he needs some bloodwork to see why he is sleeping so much and hard to wake up.
-
I am an adopted only child....my bio mother who so graciously gave me breast cancer as her legacy had 2 other children a girl and boy but they were told not to bother with me. Did contact the girl and told her to get a mammogram, beings we both (mother and me ) have a recurrence of breast cancer...
Deb you are a good daughter, he is lucky to have you checking on him.
Excited to have sisters now at 58!!
-
Good Night Sisters!
-
-
OK...I'm talking to myself
Good Morning. I'm alive getting ready for my shower and move my butt to walking....
♥♥♥♥
-
Hugs Sandy, hope today was OK for you.
What are you talking to yourself about, Sheila?
Yes, Deb is daughter of the year!
-
((((((((TOL))))))))) ♥

Good evening sisters! I just finished my first week of weight watchers and lost 4 pounds. However, I was not very good today. Just couldn't quit snacking. I will have to be extra good the rest of the week to make up for it. Hope you are all doing well. Hugs!
-
4 lbs - that's great! Hope you got the snacking out of your system today and tomorrow is better for you!
I'm sleepy... sinuses still bugging me - grrr. Called Dr.'s office last week. Left a message saying how I've had this infection that has been coming and going - almost weekly since the beginning of March - asked if maybe I should have a course of antibiotics. Nurse left me a message saying I'd have to come in. Yeah- and pay you $150-$175 so you can tell me you won't give me an antibiotic after I've had this stupid infection for almost 2 months. I don't think so. Jerks. Maybe I'll go to the Minute Clinic at CVS. She at least did look up my vit D level from last Sept which I didn't remember if the Dr. told me what it was. 44 up from 28 in Nov of 2009. That's not that good, right? Maybe I should take 3000 iu's a day instead of 2000.
Had a wicked night sweat last night. Got up to change my clothes and as I was walking, sweat dripped off my face. Then I saw that my son had gone to bed, leaving the lights and the tv on in the basement and the overhead light on in the kitchen. What is wrong with these people that they can't turn off anything they turn on? My hormones must be messed up this month - been flashing and night sweating. Had been doing so well with that, too. Oh well.
-
Awesome Judy!!! I workout everyday and eat well and can't lose a freaking pound!!!
Chris 44 from 28 is pretty good, but you can do better....lol. I started at 16 and have only been able to get it up to 48 with megadoses. Keep taking your D!!
I have hotflashes ALL THE TIME!! And night sweats too! I just took my "Chillow" out of the fridge for the night. I hate this. Damn hormonals!
-
Sad thing is - even when we're done with tamox, we'll probably still have to deal with this crap with menopause on the doorstep. It's like we're going to be in menopause for 10 yrs!
-
Judy....4 pounds oh you must be very pleased right now.♥
chris....My VD level was 36 to start 2010...now is 44...i don't take extra supplement just Caltrate with D twice a day.
Deb...how is your Dad doing today?
Sandy......How did you make out today?

We had a CO-OP meeting tonight......I talked more than enough.....politely and clearly......feel better...couple of people asked me I should put my name on the Board. Currently we have 3 but by law has to be 5.
I was thinking but changed my mind...no need for more headaches.
I forgot to eat dinner....Do I look thinner
-
co-op meeting, what does that mean...love that do it sheila
I have to get an ultra sound, either enlarged liver or gall bladder (hopefully the latter) and if so surgery he said.......chemo tomorrow.....thanks for asking
judy 4 is good (more than I have lost)
chris - chemo threw me into menopause in 1999 and still going through it.....that must be a record....
hey deb, and linda......what's shakin!!!
1026pm...
-
Sandy...i meant CO-OP Apartments i live in.
Rpoc bought this unit in 1983 for such a low price other wise his children and the mother of his children lol we wouldn't have a place to live. We were renting and the place turned to CO-OP under 50 years of age you had one year to decide buy or vacate.........I think it scared RPOC that if we didn't have a place to live the girls had to live with him....imagine 24 hours responsibility.
I'm not saying he was a bad father...at least he paid his child support until they finished College.
OK enough........I don't like to write good things about him.......*%^&*&^
-
You DO look thinner! You and Judy look great! (Linda looks great too - she doesn't need to lose weight!) I had cereal and banana for supper - hope I look thinner tomorrow too!
Uh oh - he's back to "r"poc? I hear you on not needing more headaches.
Keep us posted, Sandy. Hope ultrasound says it is whatever is easiest to fix. And chemo doesn't give you any trouble.
Ugh - menopause since 1999! Holy hotflash, Batman!
-
No chris...I'm so used to calling him RPOC...I made a mistake....
His name is POC
-
Glad the r isn't back at least...
((((((TOL))))))
-
it is 1033am...thanks ultrasound scheduled for monday.....thanks for all your support...
-

Happy Belated Birthday, Ducky!
Hope you like chocolate!
-
Happy Birthday Ducky!!!
Love the new pic Sandy. You love awesome!!
Chris, you look thinner too!
DH is in Vegas so I will eat crap. lol. Soccer playoffs tonight. Made sauce and meatballs again. Should keep the kids feed for the rest of the week so I don't have to think about it! -
I'm home and cured from MH.........
I bought so much fruits and veggies that i called DD to come and pick up somethings.
Other than that.....I am so pure since yesterday I call it fasting.
Maybe my eataholism is getting cured.
It was little chilly today.
