    Hey, I just noticed in looking at that pic of the sun on the water that I thought I had one very similar from later in the summer ... a sunset from same angle - look how clouds are even in a similar formation!!  love sun and water ... ahhhhhh

    I'm above the earth.......... in the airplane, between Salt Lake City & Atlanta leg of the journey.

    I LOVE seeing these latest pictures.

    Can't wait to show you some of Zion. I was euphoric. There are so many shots, but I'll attempt to limit my enthusiasm.

    Safe journey Faith. I always pick a window seat because I enjoy looking out at thesky.But now with the digital age we can catch up with friends on our phones.My DH will sit and do soduko puzzels for hours.UndecidedFor me a well written novel is all I need for a long flight.

    Wish we could fly like these guys.

    WOW!!!!

    I'm in my third airplane.......... surely I'm getting closer to home?

    I'm supposed to arrive just before noon and the wedding is at 3:30..... but our plane was delayed a bit. I suppose it's pointless to think of sleeping for an hour?

    Then my sweetest husband tells me that we will go up to spend the day with his family east of Cleveland (3.5 hour drive) tomorrow. I think I will officially be spent by Monday -- which is my birthday.

    So I think I'll declare the wedding cake 'mine' and stick a birthday candle in my piece. LOL

    Yes, we love a party around here.

    Looks like we'll have sufficient cake to last the duration of the weekend and on till tomorrow, too!

    Well. We made it to the wedding & were not the last car to drive in the parking lot! Seriously fun. They had a four piece dance band that was seriously awesome. We got to 'swing' and fox-trot too! (And my arm held up just fine.)

    These are the "kids" that are going to rent our house after their return from their cruise honeymoon. Anyhow, we literally drove back to the house between the wedding & reception to clean up the house. They spent last night here & we camped in WonderBoy's big bed cross town.

    Then we got up and drove half-way up to Cleveland (me sleeping all the way.) When I awoke, DH had already turned the car around and was headed back here-to-home. I've never once known him to give up to the elements, so I was shocked.

    So it turns out that I have all the rest of the day here in my own home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    What a great present! Falalalalalalalalala.

    Let the party continue. I'm gonna go start wrapping Christmas presents. Have to get boxes into the mail tomorrow for the far-away clan.

    I just got off the phone with both of my parents, wishing me a lovely day. I feel so very fortunate to have them both at this point in my life, in fairly good health, but in very good spirits. Just before that call I got one from the twinzees singing for me. Precious & priceless when they concluded with "I love you."

    Today is stellar in every way. The sun is shining. I'm sitting here, still in my bathrobe soaking up love and appreciation. It just doesn't get much better than this!!!

    Thanks beachies...... let's party right on thru the whole week ahead!!!
