I just had a wonderful visit with MB on the phone. She’s getting ready for Pinkstock and is anxiously awaiting everyone’s arrival. She did say to tell everyone who can’t make it you will truly be missed. I agree.

Betty – I hope you’re feeling better. I think you just overdid and with the stress your “boss” caused you it did you in. Take care of yourself and rest.

Jan (wah) I think I mentioned earlier but can’t promise that I did that I’m not far from you. I’m in Ponca City. I have met several others from Oklahoma here also. So nice to meet you and I look forward to getting to know you.

Jankay – Okay Janice Kay you are a strong, determined and hard headed woman. I know you are sick of being in the chair. I also know that you are doing fantastic at PT and you will continue to get better. I just know it. Big Hugs

Gus – can’t wait to meet you. Hmmm I think I need a laptop. LOL

Nicki – I love the cat and the guitar. My dad was in a band when I was young and enjoyed going to watch them play. I sure miss him. You are a wonderful nurse and you will find the perfect job for you. Sorry you pooped out today, you just need to rest.
I’ll be taking digital pics and have extra memory cards. You’ll be overwhelmed with pictures! Sorry I don’t get to meet you when I change planes – just not enough time now. You’ll have to plan on coming to next years gathering.

Marsha – congrats! Your plans sound like so much fun. I’m glad you get to go. Please give Shirley a big hug and smooch for me.

Marisa – nice to meet you. Your mom is lucky she has such a wonderful supportive daughter and friend. You have found the perfect spot to come laugh, play, cry, whine, throw things etc.

CY – you amaze me. You are in chemo and still manage to do so much. I hope you get to rest and relax during Pinkstock. We will pamper you.

Cheri – I’m sorry Amber lost her job. That just stinks. As far as DH ranting etc. I sometimes think Aliens get into men’s heads and they just take over. I usually just look at mine and start laughing. That doesn’t usually go over well though. Glad he went to bed and you have some quiet now. Good for you for throwing the cigarettes. Hang in there, I know it’s tough.

Karen – hope you are feeling better now. I’m sure you were miserable.
Jasmine – so is this the beginning of your vacation or do you work Monday/Tuesday?

Vickie – wow – sounds like you live in Oklahoma. Please be safe and make sure you don’t get hurt. I’m so sorry you have so much damage. Compost is good. I actually like the idea. Don’t stress out getting it cleaned up – it will be there until it’s done. Gentle hugs and I hope you have a restful night.

Sheri – oh my! What do they expect you to do with all the stuff in the room? Surely there’s someplace else they can store it.

Gina – I looked at the mustangs before I bought my car. I love cherry red cars. Hope your Mr. gets fixed properly this time. Drive safe!

Margaret – I’m glad you don’t have to do the colonoscopy for 10 years. I wrote down about the pills. We’ll miss you at Pinkstock with everyone else.

Lynn – I’ve never had any problems with my arm before. It could be overuse and sore muscles. I’ll just have to wait and see. Glad you are getting a new sleeve. Nothing should interfere with our play time.

Denise – zucchini cookies. I’ve never had those. Love the bread though. Yes, I think I’ve overdone and have really made this arm mad. I also have a torn rotator cuff on the same side that’s hurting again. I need this vacation to Pinkstock. LOL

Shokk – an old Texas wives tale is that killing a cricket inside the house is bad luck. My mother to this day will not do it. I can’t imagine having so many that you’re having to walk on them. I have had fried crickets. I know ICK but they taste like French fries. I did it for a TV/radio promotion thing when I worked there.

I know I’ve missed many and I’m so sorry. I didn’t take good notes and can’t read some of them.

Pt went alot better, so much so that my therapist told me to bring my suit on tuesday, areward for bouncing back.
My therapist is from polAnd andis very good. He, like liz, knows me well. today i will be starting yoga, took classes before and the teacher got pregnant and had to guit teaching. Pam if u need more jokes there are alot i cant post on the boards.

sister and I always put our pillows over our heads to

It is another very cloudy day here and I am suited to the mood of it. The biggest sunshine for me is that my Miles
will be home in a bit until tomorrow evening. Just hope
I can keep my cool and not cry this weekend. It has been
a tough week and I would love to be off today.

Pray for us today dear friends. Today is the funeral. The viewing was last night. Watching my sister sob over the body of her son was probably the saddest thing I have ever experienced. I feel powerless.
