Hi All,
I hope you all have a wonderful time together. I had my last TC yesterday and so I don't think I am going to make it to meet all you wonderful women. I was really sick the last cycle and don't want to take any chances this time. I have a holiday coming up and want to recover in good time.
Take care ladies and will be thinking of you all... -
Viji we will miss not meeting you but being well is far more important. Rest and recover and we'll have a cuppa just for you.
Love n hugs. Chrissy -
ladies, sorry for not posting the last few days. I have been reading.
Firstly, Caryn from America, I follow your posts and you inspire me! Thanks for posting here. We ANZers are in a great part of the world and you will love cruising it.
Jenn, I am interested in the high tea.
Kylie and Kazzie, very sorry not to meet you this time but hope to meet in the future.
Weather for Sydney this weekend is overcast, windy and temps in low 20s so I too will be dressing for the weather.
Lynda et al, I'll post my mobile number on our facebook site to meet up at the airport or hotel.
regards, Racy,

Hi ladies, its starting to feel real now. Ive had a fairly stressful last few days with the shop and useless eftpos taking days to fix so am taking tomorrow off to clean, pack and rest to get me in a good frame of mind for our wonderful weekend.
Trish, Id love to share a room but I cant guarantee I don't snore, haven't slept in a room with anyone since a cruise with friends shortly after chemo finished and they assured me I snored (doh). Just jab me in the ribs or yell at me if it happens. Id feel terrible if I kept you awake.
1 and a half sleeps to go lololz. I will be leaving home about 5am on Friday ti beat the traffic and get to the airport in plenty of time.
Cant wait to see you all there. Sorry that Kate, Kylie and Karen cant make it though, that would have been the icing on top. Still Im sure the photographers amongst us will take heaps of snaps and put them up for you all to see.
Cya soon -
Truth being Linda we probably all snore. I generally don't sleep well but it is not a worry as I will bring my radio with earplugs and listen to it and won't worry about snoring. Anyway no one can be as bad as my Dh.
Really looking forward to seeing everyone. Can't wait. -
Well apparently I snore to wake the dead lol at least that's what DH tells me.
Cheryl - nice to hear from you - if it's been 30 years since you've been in Sydney, you probably won't recognise the place lol but we'll post some pics to remind you.
Gerri - nice to hear from you too - I was wondering how you were going.
It would have been lovely to have Kate, Kylie and Karen with us, but we'll be thinking of you all and know you are with us in spirit.
One more sleep to go! Whooohoo!! lol
Trish
xoxo -
I will be leaving fir the first leg of my trip in just over an hour.......woohoo! Can't wait to see you all tomorrow! -
lol its lovely to hear you ladies so excited, you remind me of a group of school kids ready for a school trip getting all excited as you all going to spend time with your mates lol. hope you have a real wonderful time together. the thing that makes it so lovely is that you are all on a familair journrey healthwise as without BC we would not know about each other and this wekend would not happen, so the lovely thing about it all, if there is to be anything lovely about BC you have friends for life that are there for you through it all.
-
Have a wonderful weekend everyone. Disappointed I can't make it but I will be there in spirit. Lots of photos please. Xxx
-
Thanks Kylie, we will b thinking of you and the others who cant be with us.
Ugh just had a last minute panic - the ole "I have nothing to wear" lol. Chucked in a heap more clothes which I will almost guarantee will stay in the suitcase the whole time and get dumped in the wash with the rest when I get home. Ahh well..... -
well girls....the excitement must be building!!
Really do wish I was coming but def not well......been asleep on the couch most of the arvo after 11 hours sleep last night!!
Have a fabulous weekend together with lots of laughs & photos.....can't wait to see them.
Will be thinking of you all.
(((Hugs)))
