AMERICAN IDOL....Season 11
Comments
-
I hate saying that Hollie is doing well tonight. She also has the only song that is newer than 35 years old. That will appeal to the younger voters.
-
Ok... I'm going to say this with the caveat thst I have missed many of tonight's performances but, I thought Hollie's performance was really good....
-
OK - round 1 - I missed Skylar and P.P.
What did they sing? Anyone pleez? -
Skylar sang CCR Fortunate Son and pp sang the letter by the Boxtops
-
Skylar: Fortunate Son by Creedence
PP: The Letter
-
Hollie is really doing a great job tonight, top one of this evening. Joshua sang well but it was like he was one of the original singers, didn't add his own touch to it.
-
Who's you're daddy?
-
thanks, bear and wonder!
but what' going on with P.P. now??? -
PP - uh oh
What was that?
-
Joan, I think we are in the same boat tonight... Missed a bit of the beginning so may not be able to compare all of the performances to each other but, can say if I liked a performance stand- alone....
-
PP just not his night.
-
He sang it well, but had to really strecth on some of the notes, not his best night. He certainly is the charmer though.
-
cmbear,
Agreed! And DH, who looks like he's watching but really only half listens as he's doing stuff on his computer, even said... What's up with PP tonight? He's really off...lol.... -
Hi Karen....
-
Jessica looks so uncomfortable.
-
It's a weird night......I only like Hollie's second song........
Hi Seaside......
-
P.P. certainly charms - judges were kind...they want him around.
But he was not so totally comfortable with that song...not his best.Seaside, yup, not easy to get the whole picture when missing stuff.
-
Seaside: LOL, dh does the same thing! Acts like he doesn't care but then comments on the songs. After PP sang, dh said, "He's going home."
-
Lol, Wonderland! They do try to keep up their appearance of not following long... but we're onto that game!
Hi back at ya, Sheila.... Our faithful leader!!! -
I loved Skylar mellower side......
-
Good song choice for Skylar --- I prefer the subdued version of her.
-
Skylar was really good! I didn't like the ending, though.
-
I don't know why, but I'm not sold on Skylar. I appreciate her talent but she is missing something for me.
-
I listened to Jessica from another room.....her voice is good.......
-
I bet Jessica's parents are crying right now. That was beautiful. But then again, the song is beautiful.
-
Jessica was good. Still not a fan though.
-
Didn't like the arrangement but darn Jessica can sing.
-
You're right Wonderland....
-
Remember when Jordin Sparks was a chunky 17 year old? She has certainly grown up!
-
I voted for her every week...what a sweetheart and a big voice..........
They must be showing the same commercials cmbear
