Countdown continues 11 minutes.....................
-
Thanks for starting the new thread, Sheila! May this season top last year's!
-
Yup, I'm watching as well.....can't wait!!!!!
-
Let the fun begin
-
I have to admit DH and I will be watching, too! Who would have thunk my DH would be interested! Get out the popcorn! 54 min. to go!

Philip Philips Jr. was the family hit at my house. And the woman from Buffalo N.Y. was not represenative of Western New York. A lot of good smokey sounding girls.
-
I am not home but I have it taping to my DVR. Now if only I could get my friend to finish up dinner - I could head home and watch it! Can't wait! I have been watching AI since Season #1
-
Judges are more comfortable with themselves.
Randy actually was funny tonight and no pitchy stuff.
It was entertaining.
I like the girl who brought her family in....... while she was auditioning.
So what do you think about the first night?
-
jancie...you are a true AI fan.
I also watched from the first year and never missed an episode.
-
Karen...Which one was Philips Jr?
-
I'm on the west coast and will be watching! TV has been very boring lately so I am looking forward to AI each week.
Enjoy!
-
The last young man - he sang Superstition and then sang a country rock song with his guitar, great work on the guitar too.
-
Am so glad this show has started again. Watch every season with DH who pretends he doesn't like it but we always have some good laughs together watching it. I love this group of judges especially Steven Tyler.. This show hasn't missed a beat without Simon or Paula
-
Karen...yes he had the whole package
I might adopt him as my son if he goes to top 12
-
I think my favorite for tonight was Shannon Magrane (the daughter of the baseball player)... I thought she did a great job!
While I love Steven Tyler.... I thought his comment about her to her father, in front of her whole family was a bit uncomfortable.... Especially since she is only 15... It was met several seconds of no audio on my TV but, not sure if that was intentional or just a glitch on the part of my cable company...lol
Karen,
I liked Philip Philips too... I wasn't to hot on the first song but, when he picked up that guitar, he was really good! -
I don't get it until tonight but I'm waiting in anticipation after hearing what you girls have said.
-
chrissy....I didn't realize they will be showing it where you are. i'm so glad you'll be a part of this group.
Seaside Memories.......That was the girl I was talking about.
Let's watch her closely...i hope she goes all the way.
-
Thanks Sheila. I'll be watching for the Seaside Memories girl.
-
She is the one...........
-
I shall be watching for her.............thanks for the pic it will make it sooooo much easier...lol
-
Philip Jr..........
-
He's a bit of a cutie! I'll definitely be watching for him!
-
I thought Shannon and Philip were both very good. I liked that girl that lived in the tent in the woods, too. I thought she was really talented.
Anne
-
After everybody finish watching we can put recaps from the previous night.
Thank You for giving me the opportunity to express myself about how much i really love this show
My friends make fun of me......
♥
-
Seaside - I totally agree, Shannon was very good, nice tone and Tyler stepped over the line with his comment about the baseball player's daughter. Sheila, can we co-parent Philip?
-
I copied this from FB
