Thinking Out Loud.....

Men are so stupid. And when we point out stupid things they've done, they pick stupid things to try to throw back in our faces. How is bringing your cell phone a problem? He's packing clothes he never wears and your cell phone is a problem? Duh.
Does Bermuda have outlets like ours or like Europe's? Will you be able to charge your phone when you're there?
-
Bermuda's outlets are like ours, I can charge my phone if needed. I don't have a fancy phone with internet and email, it is just a tracphone where you buy the minutes.
I don't know what I would do with out you all. I only go on a few other discussion topics but my favorite ones are TOL, What's for dinner and the Boston thread.
(((TOL))))

Sheila - Glad my this stupid stuff gave you a chuckle. I hesitate to write anything - my life is so boring.
Sandy - For the washer - I used a Cool Whip container to fill the dishpan and then schlepped it up to the kitchen sink. Took several trips, but it got done. Hung the sopping jeans in the tub to drip dry - then rewashed them when the power came back. Wasn't sure how rinsed they had gotten. I have a tension shower curtain rod over my tub for hanging things. Of course the jeans were too heavy and the thing fell on one side - but it caught on the side of the shower wall so it was okay.
They need to realize how lucky we are to have washing machines- hopefully this will be an eye-opener for them. My washer is 7yrs old - and the way everything today is such crap, I'm afraid it's going to die at any minute. Whenever I get behind in my laundry, I think, "Wouldn't it figure if the thing broke now."
Hi Chabba!

I just ran the vacuum aroung the house and did a quick dusting on the wood furniture. Brought in the BIG litter box and filled that with litter and two big bowls that DD had when she had 2 cats. So Tinkie is all set.

Linda, you ordering online, and do you live Waterville, or whatever where that 20 month baby is missing..
Chris, can you please take care of yourself and don't push it, you will do more damage.....
PS the washer people never showed up!!
-
OK it's time to slap Sandy's washer people....
-
Stupid washer people - hopefully tomorrow!
I got all disappointed when the Christmas present truck drove by my house tonight - but UPS Santa ended up making a delivery on foot from where he parked down the street!
Hope the weather is perfect for your trip! Have a wonderful time! (Hope DH behaves)
I order online because half the time the stores don't have what I want to buy!
Ha ha - here's a good one. I hurt myself falling asleep earlier today. Started to doze while watching tv and my bad leg twitched as I was falling asleep - you know how you sometimes have body spasms when you're falling asleep? Not the first time it's done that in the splint/cast, but this time it really hurt! Leave it to me to hurt myself falling asleep!
-
SLAPPING the washer people!!! Hopefully they will call and let you know what their plan is.
Missing baby is from NH I think, I am from MA.
Hsappy Trails Deb! Have fun!
Chris you need a vacation.....I am willing to go with you!

-

-
