good night

Good night to all.
I am pretty much settled in at my new job, and at the new duties of grandmotherhood. I count down the weeks until I see my little "Patch" again.
-
TooMany, I just thought as you had mentioned CC, that perhaps you had had that SE form recon. Hope you find the information you need to make a truly informed decision.

Good Morning

Thanks Meece! I wish that I had known about this board when I was first diagnosed with BC. I am learning a lot. Some of it a little too late.
-
It was two years ago today that I joined BC.org, finished active treatment and started taking Tamox!!!
-
Time flies,doesn't it, Ainm
-
In just over a month I will have been forging friendships here for two years!
-
I constantly refer to the abbreviations. Thanks for doing this

Hi Everyone

patoo...Are you home yet ?

-
Hi everyone. Yes, got back on Saturday evening but I'm still in vacation mode - still in denial because first day back at work today was a little stressful. Had good weather most of the time in Myrtle Beach so got plenty of sun, walking at sunrise and water jogging. Survived condo living with 13 others, half of them children under 13!
-
Hi patoo. I'm new hear and noticed we have similar dx except I'm grade 2. may I ask what you had for treatments?
13 children under 13?! That does not sound like a vacation!
-
Hi Leighsa, welcome to the club none of us had as our first choice. You are among a wonderful set of people. I made it a vacation because I just watched their parents/grandparents deal with them, shaking my head much of the time but at least they weren't mine!
I only had lumpectomy. My Oncotype score came in low at around 13/14 (forget off top of my head) so I opted for no chemo and only had 33 rads (28 reg; 5 boosts). I've been on Arimidex (now generic) for 2-1/2 years. I've been blessed that it has been a relatively uneventful journey for me, something I wish for all my sisters.
-
Glad you are back safely, Patoo.
I know what you mean about shaking your head. I can be a vacation when you aren't worried about your own family's behavior.
-
Hi all.
Wonderful, to a point. Children are so spoiled these days thinking they are entitled to everything and it's hard to hold your tongue. You just want to scream "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!" to some of the looks, words, attitudes and downright disrespect. And the parents accept it as normal behavior. Ohhh, don't get me started.
-
Yes, probably one in every family. My niece's 15 year old DS is absolutely wonderful. My other niece has a 12 yo DS who, sorry, gets on my very last nerve and I know his mom and my sister think I'm just intolerant - yes, of bad behavior!
Okay, no more rant.
Hi all!
-
Night friends.
-
It's FRIDAY _ YAY!!!
-
-
YES I want it.
-
Me TOO!
-

Good Night
-
That's a cool picture!
