Thanks JO.  Took some Nyquil last night and Dayquil this morning and I'm feeling a little better.  It's always hard to tell whether it's allergies or a cold but allergy meds yesterday did nothing so I went for the cold medicine.  Still a little stuffy so probably will take another dose of Nyquil tonight.  Claritin does nothing for me but make me feel extremely dried out, I mean extremely dry so I stay away from it prefering Zyrtec for allergy. 

Glad you got over yours.

@Meece, I have not had reconstruction or plastic surgery of any kind yet.  I'm still not familiar with all the terms for breast reconstruction.  I was looking up the types of surgeries and complications and felt like I was reading Greek due to all the abbreviations.  I appreciate this abbreviation page very much.  It is very useful to me.

It was mini-family reunion at Yachats Oregon (central Oregon coast) it was fabulous-great weather & my DD took a friend so she wasn't moping about with "old" people for a week!  We saw whales & I cleaned my brother's clock in ping-pong!  Couldn't ask for a better 5 days!

The end of another week.  I hope the heatwave is not affecting any of you too badly.  It's been a dredful summer here in Ireland - ugh nasty cold grey weather!!

Meece - how is your new grandson??  Are you well settled in your new job now?  I still haven't plucked up the courage to try and look for a job - ooh my tummy lurches when I think about it!!
