The best book I ever read was....

Again, hard one but I think I'll say John Adams - it gave such an upclose insight of our founding fathers and the sacrifices they went through to form our government (which makes it all the sadder to see that the politicians today have turned the whole thing into a game of chicken)

The thing that touched me most this past week was................

I can eat fresh blueberries straight off the many bushes we have growing in our backyard. No pesticides, no herbicides, just rain and sunshine. Yum!

(Badger: sounds like an awesome trip!)

I would have.....hmmmm......antipasto, linguine with pesto, and a tiramisu sent from Italy!!!  I never ever tire of Italian food.

stir fry in a new Wok.......I turned my back and WHOOSH......flames were bursting all the way to the ceiling.....I dumped a cannister of flour over it and the fire went out, but what a mess to clean up (plus I had to paint the ceiling as it was blackened)!

If I had to take the class.......over again, I would flunk for sure

my college advisor because he was so passionate about what he was doing, and really cared about his students......15 years after I graduated, I took a workshop he was presenting and he still remembered my name!

One thing I could teach really well is (doesn't have to be a school subject).....
