Summer was here for a couple days-gone now. that's fine by me-I prefer fall type weather any day of the week!

We are having a cooling streak (99-100) so we can prep for 107 on the fourth!

It's humid here one day, not the next. Then 70's, next day 90's, but, yes, it's definitely summer and I'm thrilled. It's my favorite since spring is so iffy after winter which I absolutely dread here. The Fall is kind of the step-child for me. It's nice but leading me into the dreadful winter so it doesn't make me happy.
Ainm, hope you saw the iced tea I left for you.

Thanks Patoo - I don't think I could handle meeting an ironing board in the middle of the night - they are enough of a nightmare in the middle of the day!!

hahahaha Ainm! My daughter's 16 & saw an ironing board at a friend's when she was about 7 & asked what it was! Ironing & I dont get along.

Once in awhile I play the Mrs. Homemaker role and iron for him, and he does appreciate it, but not enough to make me want to do it every day!
