1st Ta Ta Sisterhood Reunion in Vegas

Karen--I'm so glad you and Claude have a room now! Only four days to go....

I think everyone has been doing "will call" for the Paint the Square tickets.  I would think the pickup would be at the event; I sure hope so!

Those who have bought their Pink tickets, or will for sure be buying them at the door...

Estepp - you are so great for keeping all of this information together!    Somebody mentioned having to pay for internet access at the hotels - I am too lazy to go back and find the post.  I remember DH and I being there about 3 years ago and we had the same problem.  We figured it was because the hotels didn't want us sitting in the rooms using our laptops, they wanted us to be on the floor gambling.  I remember there was one hotel that DH could sit in a chair and pick up access via WiFi or whatever you call it.  I won't be bringing my laptop with me, too much of a hassle for me to carry it at the airport, etc.  I am finding out I have limited use of my left arm due to rads.   I am really hurting right now and I started my boost today for the next 5 treatments.

Hi Ladies,

Some of you have pm the name your room is under and I have the reservation code.  My mom wants to make sure we are all together, so we will be checking the room situation our on Tuesday or Wednesday.  Estepp has my cell no. if anyone needs to get a hold of me before Friday.  It will be great to meet everyone on Friday.  See you in Vegas Babies.

Those of  you who are... should we contact this Pink in Square and talk with them about us coming.. from all over the US.. in this BCO support group?? Should they be aware of the magnitude of our support and courage? I have NO IDEA how to do this... but I bet One of you have this Education or SKILL.. I do not.. I have no idea how to do this.

ALSO... I think we ALL need to wear our TA TA shirts to this.. as this will make us stand out as a group... So..... at the MEET and GREET... our Tee's will get smelly... with the smoke and such.. so we might wanna wash our shirts Sat. Morning.....Just a thought....

Laura, AWESOME suggestions!  Oh p.s. I forgot....but our local paper has been trying to get with me to do an interview about our TaTa group.  I have been too sick to call back.  They called again and left another message.  :-)

It should still be warm here.  Today it was still over 100 degrees.  By next week it'll probably be in the 90's.  It doesn't normally cool down here until around Halloween. 

Just an FYI, there are a bunch of bars at Town Square, where they're having the Paint the Square Pink event.  On the brochures I picked up from the Susan G Komen office, it mentioned an after party at Blue Martini, which can be a fun place - just watch out for those martinis - they're strong!  Oh, and our heat is a dry heat.  Hopefully by then, it will cool down a little at night. 

Teresa... don't worry... I am sure we will all be checking out eachothers recons... .. Deborah and Sandy are both coming... and if you look back to the first 10 pages of Exchange City.. you will see these ladies are very knowledgeable on this topic with implants.. I feel you will be in good hands!
